B & B Glass and Mirror

STAY AWAY, VERY DISHONEST!!! Told me if would be 2 – 3 week max to put in a glass shower down, took half the money down before starting the project.
After 6 weeks I had to call them every few days as they NEVER return a call. Just kept me they had a bigger job that came in so they didn’t have time to get to mine yet, even thought mine was paid for 2 weeks before they even got the other job. Translation, my small job didn’t pay nearly what the other job was.
At week 10 I was still waiting, with me having to call them for updates. FINALLY, on week 12 they said they were coming on Thursday. I took the day off to be there, no call and no show. When I finally got a hold of them they told me they meant Friday. So I took another day off, again no call and no show. But they did come Monday to put the door in. The door had scratches and chip marks in the glass and they said they can be buffed out and told ME how to do it. I said that I ordered the door without the scratches for them to come back and do it, they just handed me a bill for the rest. The bill happened to be date for the prior week.
I just happened to get my credit card statement the next day and they actually had the nerve to charge my card, WITHOUT TELLING ME, for the final payment TWO WEEKS before the even showed for the final install. I called them an asked them to explain why, but of course, no return call.
They also never showed up to fix the damaged glass they installed. I know they never will.
I actually put a fraud claim in with my credit card company and got all the money back and they never even tried to fight it. Basically, they had to use my final payment to finish the bigger job so they could get paid before they showed back up to me.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!

If you are looking for a reputable company that honors it’s commitment to quality, product and servicing a product installed then you should continue looking. They are only interested in getting a check in hand and not following up on issues brought to their attention. No need to elevate the issue as the owner is the biggest offender as calls were ignore and promises not kept! They may claim to be the biggest, but fall far from being the best!

Used B & B for our recent bathroom upgrade. They were very accommodating to our crazy schedule and got the job done right. We are very happy with the frameless shower glass work that they did. They were also provided the best value when compared to the competitive proposals that we obtained.
