We come here every year because my mom has a time share, but I wouldn’t pay to stay here. I’m not sure what the other rooms are like but the one we have is kinda cramped and outdated. They are supposed to update something every year with the yearly dues but I haven’t noticed much. The TVs are also quite small. One thing that really sucks is you have to pay for WiFi, and its $ 5 a day or $ 20 a week PERCOMPUTER. To me that makes no sense. I think more people would be interested if it was cheaper and it might even prove more profitable in the long run. Even if you are going to charge at the very least, it should be per room, not for each computer in the room. At least the pool is well kept and refreshing. The location is pretty nice also. On a corner lot with a nice view of the ocean and a short walk to the beach or the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Falmouth isn’t the most exciting spot on the cape and it doesn’t have the greatest restaurants but its a quaint, quiet, and less populated area which is nice.

Never again. I read some positive reviews on another site and decided to give it a try during a recent visit to the Cape. the only positive things I can say about this place are that it is located walking distance from the Island Queen if you are planning a trip to Martha’s Vineyard and you’ll save parking fees because you can park one car at the«resort». The front desk person was friendly. The view from the pool was nice. Other than that it is a very neglected property. Could be that it is a time share so they do not invest money in the rooms but if you are renting to the public to increase revenue stream you should at least offer decent lodging commiserate with what you are charging and with other lodging in the area. here are my complaints: room was not very clean when we arrived — dirty bathroom floor and other less than clean areas mattresses on both beds(one was a pull out couch, one was a Murphy bed) were horrible. we couldn’t even use the pull out couch as a bed because it was so bad and they threw a thin foam pad on top of it in an attempt to make it better but it was just tired and worn out. towels were old, scratchy and thread bare and the blankets were dirty. no sleeping the first nite so we decided to check out even though we were not going to be refunded the cost of the second nite because I wasn’t about to spend another sleepless nite at this place. I didn’t expect luxury but this was below what I’ve experienced even at the cheapest places I’ve stayed and while the cost might be in line with other accommodations in the area, the quality of the accommodations were seriously lacking.

Stayed at this place over 4th of July weekend and was impressed. First off the location is ideal situated right across from the beach in scenic Falmouth Heights section of Falmouth, down the road walking distance to the Island Queen ferry to the Vineyard. The place is a timeshare mostly, but rents a few rooms to lucky vacationers. The room we had was a studio complete with kitchen and rear deck. The room fit 4 people nicely and the complex included a crystal clear pool/whirlpool and a very friendly staff. The prices for this time of the year were reasonable and for this location cheaper than even the hotels not close to the beach. The only complaint I have is that no one mentioned for this time of the year, the road closes to all traffic at 8pm for the fireworks and doesn’t open until 10pm. If we had known this we would have planned better. Other than this the place was great! Worth a stay!
