Ten Perfect Nails

If I could give no stars, I would. I have no problem if an establishment is honest and upfront about wait time, and I totally understand if thy can’t accommodate me. They said they would take me and my group immediately, sat us down and then ignored us for at least 45 minutes. Some members of my group were helped, while I waited and finished my manicure by myself. I never got my pedicure in spite of the promises to help me next. Repeatedly they told new inquiring customers that walked in or called a half an hour wait… I never got the pedicure and I will never go back. Not only were they overwhelmed and dishonest, the staff in the manicure room were rude as well.

This place is awesome!!! The hours are convenient, the price is right and they always do a great job. It happens to be only a couple blocks from my work so getting a fill on my lunch hour is not a problem

Best place in town for Mani Pedi! Hot rock massage. Clean and they take their time to do a great job! The results are unique and breathtaking creativity. Pride in their work!

I admit walking in I was unsure, this was my friend’s first pedicure, but I was really satisfied with the services. We had to wait a little bit but they were busy. I like the use of the hot rocks. $ 70 for two pedicures and manicures, a good deal. I would come here again.

Staff talked about my friend in Vietnamese. Too bad, she speaks it. We won’t come back.

Post Fourth of July relaxation and decided to get a mani pedi this afternoon with a girlfriend. We had to wait a little while because they were very busy, but that may speak to the fancier nail jobs that are being done here. Lots of designs etc. If you’re looking for that, this seems like a great place to go.
I only got a simple one color job, it was done cleanly and quickly, but I didn’t feel rushed. I wish they had focused a bit more on my calluses but it was toward the end of the day and that may have been a factor.
Hope did my nails and she was very sweet and did a great job. I haven’t had a manicure in nearly 3 years (toddler around, just didn’t make sense) and now my hands look very trendy :). I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town and probably tomorrow cause I think I left my watch there :(

My sister and I just had a wonderful experience here! Helen did my nails and gave me a 10min massage and holy smokes she was amazing. My sister got gels with Hope and she was so sweet and her gels came out beautiful! A must visit nail salon in Falmouth.

The prices are low but so is the quality. The nail tech that gave me a manicure was rude, abrasive, and impatient («Alright have you picked out your color yet?“with ATTITUDE). She didn’t even put on a top coat; most of my nails have chipped in just a day. The service was extremely rushed — I would have appreciated more attention to detail.

This place is clean, pleasant atmosphere, and excellent nail techs. People are very friendly and accommodating. The powder gel full set that I had is perfect, consistent with the name of the salon.

This was not necessarily one of the best nail salons to visit in the Falmouth area. It’s good if you need something temporary, but not the best if you want your nail polish to last for more than a day without chipping. The staff is very quiet and generally talks to their coworkers rather than their client. I’m not saying it was completely bad, but I wouldn’t recommend going there if you want good service as well as nice looking nails.

I don’t do this often, but it was a pleasant experience, they did a good job, and I will return when next in Cape Cod.

It seemed so long since I’d wandered among the well manicured and civilized that I made a run for the first nail salon I saw on the cape. Ten Perfect Nails was open and bright, the service was prompt, but not as thorough as I’m used to and the prices $ 25 for a pedicure, $ 13 for a manicure were neither gouging nor representative of the service you receive. The salon was clean, but my pedicure was mediocre. I know that pedicures vary from technician to technician and to me cleanliness matters a bit more than a good scrub of the callouses so TPN earns three stars not two. I’m not sure I’d visit again. I’m sure there are better nail salons in Falmouth.
