I see some haters here. I don’t know if they are trying to bash this business as an agent of a competitor or else? I have been using them for almost a year now and no single complaint about their service or quality at the reasonable price they have done our formal wear, work clothes, household items like comforters, drapes, table covers for our parties, bundle service or casual wear every time it comes out great. The reason I am giving the 5 stars (although they deserve more) when they remove stains from my dining chair cushion which I took it to two other cleaners two years ago and I was told that it is a set in stain and cannot be removed
. They saved me from changing the whole set of eight. BRAVO!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE! I brought them a Michael kors dress & they ripped it! I went back & told the Indian man politely and not only did he not give me a refund but he had the nerve to be really rude. They don’t even deserve a star. This dry cleaning place WILL NOT wash your clothes properly just ruin it. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

Avoid this place like the plague. I was a customer for 4 years and then they changed ownership. They broke the top button on 21 of my shirts, yes 21, and then had the nerve to tell me they were not responsible for broken buttons. Never step foot in here if you expect to be treated fairly. I was so disappointed that I signed up for Unilocal just to make sure what happened to me never happens to anyone else.

I found Dry Clean City when I moved jobs and wanted a cleaners closer to my work. Dry Clean City has been wonderful! My clothes always come back fresh and perfectly pressed/​cleaned. They also offer same day service!
The staff is very courteous. I wish there was a little more counter help, however. It can get a little bogged down.

Had a bit of a scare here! I had some very nice pants ($ 200) and about 6 dress shirts ($ 65 each) come back with a double creases, for the pants, and black grease all over my shirts the second time I used this service. I thought I was going to have to bite the bullet and take a loss because the reimbursement policy is only up to 10x’s the cost of the service. Roughly $ 15 each item! The owner apologize many times and promised to make things right. He came through and I couldn’t be happier!

This is my favorite dry cleaners in Dallas! If you have your clothes in by 8am, you can get them back after 5pm. I always took that for granted, but it’s much harder to find in California, especially with such great service. I still use Dry Clean City when I’m home and need something cleaned for going out or business, or just pressed from getting all wrinkled in transit (how do some people keep the wrinkles out of suits and nice clothes!!!). The service is friendly and they take very good care of the clothes and the customers. My brother actually takes a huge load of clothes in every week (double starched jeans and starched polos, ugh) and has been doing so for about 3 years. The only problem we’ve ever had is clothes that weren’t completely dry when we picked them up, and that’s happened only twice in 3 years.
