I ordered a Groupon to install my auto starter for my truck and they were able to schedule it right away, service my truck that day, and explain in detail how the auto starter works. Based on those points, I trust them enough to go back to them for other services, if needed.

I came here because a more visible place nearby was closed on a weekday. Lucky me! I upgraded my whole car audio system for a reasonable price and with outstanding service. Here’s what took this from ordinary customer satisfaction to real customer delight: After the installation, I had some relatively small issues, things I probably could have lived with. Rich insisted that he wanted me to be fully satisfied. They went out of their way, above and beyond, to resolve every single detail, which required substantial additional effort and labor on their part. They did this without a lot of arm twisting from me. Apparently, it’s just their way of doing business. Highly recommended!
