I did my daughter’s birthday there. Hostess Danielle was great. The room was up high where we can see kids skating. Decorated in my daughter’s favorite color. The children had special walkers reserved. They had a blast on ice and the room was big with a feeling of privacy. Staff is friendly and great.

This place is a lot of fun! Great for a nice romantic date or a fun day with family and friends if you plan to go for public skating. They do have skates available to rent, but I do not recommend them. I felt like I could have broken an ankle on one pair that was badly worn in, and had to switch pairs literally three times before settling on one that was just decent. If you plan on going every now and then, I definitely recommend purchasing a pair of skates from sport exchange… You can get lake placid 800 skates for $ 59 and they are very nice! Also, you have to make sure you go on a Friday night or Saturday… Trust me!!! You won’t be able to move on the ice otherwise and it will be a complete waste of your money because there are too many people who are very inconsiderate of others on the ice. I felt like I was in danger on the ice this past Tuesday simply because of the amount of people who were skating like maniacs and there were way too many young children falling all over the place to where it was worrisome! The staff is pretty friendly and it’s an ideal location, near a lot of great places to eat in Howell and Farmingdale. The hours for public skating are also way better than most local places, like brick or wall. You pay one fee and can stay there for the whole public skating time which is nice. The only other thing I noticed is that the ice can be a little choppy and bumpy even after it is freshly cleaned, but overall it didn’t really interfere with the experience. Just be aware of it in case you or someone you’re with is new to skating because I had trouble with it the first time I went. It just took some getting used to.

Less than impressed. Ice wasn’t cut. Front desk customer service were nice but completely uninformed and didn’t know when or if pro shop would open or if any employees were coming into work. Subway is separate. Skate rental separate. «Customer service«needs to be trained if they want to use that title.

Great Facility! Took my son here for public skate on my lunch hour and only a handful of people which was nice. Also they have a subway restaurant inside, go figure! I had no idea, as there are not a lot of lunch places around here, now I have one! Two rinks, one is full size and the other is ½ size. People are friendly and helpful, we had a great time and will definitely be returning.
