I just bought a bike off of craigs list not bad. stock seat needs to be replaced very uncomfortable for my fat A$$. LMAO. other than that everything is brand new. Red is the color. needed the bike to ride from my house to Ralph for my second job. Gotta support the family right ;-) Not bad for 60 $

I received the worst customer experience ever through the services of Rand. There seems to be a particularly unengaged employee named Leslie that took my order for a new charger (I called with the manual in front of me), ordered it wrong, and then called me to curse me & attempt to tell me that I told her the wrong information.
It was singularly the worst experience I have ever had with a company (especially when I was offering to return the wrong one at my own expense). I will never buy their ride-​on toys again.
