Delet Door

I have used Delet Door for years. They helped me keep my old garage door functional for much longer than I should have insisted and the service people were fast to respond. This past summer, the old garage door finally needed replacing. The replacement door was reasonably priced and I am very happy. I would recommend them.

Horrible company, very rude, and con-​man like. I worked here for awhile. They would try to con me out of my pay, and there customers out of there money. They also dont honor there warranties.

The only reason I’m giving them two stars instead of one star is because the gentleman who installed the board on our garage door Byron is just that — a gentleman, a genuinely nice guy. Unfortunately, he works for some screwed up company. Instead of getting an all new garage door, we just ordered the bottom board of our wood garage door. That piece of wood together with installation cost $ 450. I think that’s a bit much. But that’s not my gripe. They installed a brown painted piece of wood on our all white garage door. Why? Why install a brown piece of wood on a clearly very white garage door? That makes no sense. They said that they couldn’t match the white. Can’t match white? Okay. Let’s go with that. But wouldn’t it make more sense to at least use a white piece so that it would be easier to coat and wouldn’t stick out like a sore thumb until it gets painted. Keep in mind that it is the end of December. I don’t think I’ll be getting out there to paint it for a few months. They should have specified that they would not match our door panel. So frustrating!
