I’ve done many services here, and never leave disappointed! The staff is incredibly friendly, services are always wonderful, the facility is clean, and there’s a touch of southern hospitality. We have done facials, massage, and couples massage here– all have been great. Not as big and fancy as some other spas in town but the services are on point! I would definitely recommend!

The day before leaving for an extended trip I was in dire need of a facial. It was the end of some pretty cold weather and I was experiencing a weird dry patch right beneath my nose which is really attractive, ugh.
I mainly called Between Heaven & Earth because it is located on my side of Fayetteville — and I was pleasantly surprised that they could squeeze me in later that day.
The location is a little hidden in a corner strip mall and Google maps can sometimes be useless, so I made a couple u-​turns getting there (which is not too unusual for me). Upon arrival I was instantly relaxed with quiet music and dimmed lights. The aesthetician, Ashley, came out and had me fill out the usual «spa» forms. As we got to talking about my scaly facial appearance (maybe a little exaggerated, but eh) Ashley recommended a microdermabrasion. I had never had one so I put my face in her hands and away we went!
The treatment room was quiet and calming and the treatment itself was sheer perfection. Ashley and I made little small talk –which was perfect for me as I prefer to pretend I am in a coma during any spa treatment– and she quietly explained each step so I wouldn’t be surprised by the vacuum she rolled over my face for the microdermabrasion portion. Afterward, she explained that I needed to stay out of the sun for a few days, keep sunscreen lathered on and all of the info I needed.
It was the treatment I needed in the environment that I needed and I will definitely be returning. And Ashley was GREAT!

Wonderful service! Best deep tissue massage I’ve had. The lady I had was Tina, she was great! Amazing vibe and really knew what she was doing! I completely recommend this spa! PLUS great prices!

I got a facial, it was very nice. The place is nice, kind of tucked away. I am hoping to go back soon for a massage. The prices are very good.

Boyfriend and I did a couple’s massage. We requested a deep tissue massage and I think we received a a swedish massage instead? Either that or it was the lightest deep tissue massage I’ve ever had in my life. They offer a little aromatherapy throughout the massage.
I had knots all over my shoulders and I had little to no relief afterwards :(I had such high hopes! The setting was nice and relaxing and the staff was very friendly.

I was very impressed. I’ve had a better hot stone massage but that was at a resort in Cancun. They were very nice and professional. Definitely in my top 5 massages.
