Stayed here for two weeks for a work trip. Cleanliness of the hotel was great especially the cleanliness of the rooms. Staff was always on top of cleaning the room and taking care of any things I needed. Heres for the bad pool was horrible went once. Gym at the hotel was used almost everyday by me they have two treadmills and a few free weights the treadmills barely work most days I just ran outside. Staff was friendly enough not the greatest customer service. The plumbing in the hotel must have some issues since the hot water for the shower needed to be started about fifteen minutes before I wanted to get into the shower. Wifi was slim to non, I rented a movie on my MAC and it took five hours plus to download. Not that I expect really great speeds but the starbucks down the road had better wifi. Location is good, plenty of places to eat and the mall is just down the road. Travel time to post is about fifteen minutes and thats to the gate. If I had to rebook I would choose the two five star hotels down the road and pay the extra 15 dollars.

The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because it’s pet friendly and reasonable price. Walked into the room and there were dead cockroaches mind you it was already midnight and we needed a place to stay… So we toughed it out. There’s other options out there opt this one out.

I had come to fayetteville to rent a house for my husband and I for when he got back from deployment. I stayed here for one week and I have to say the staff was absolutely amazing. They were so nice and helpfull. The ladies would give me compliments just about everyday. My room was fabulous and comfortable. I love the selection of pillows! The morning breakfast was delicious every morning. Very fresh and the breakfast lady kept sure everything was running smoothly, she was also very kind and attentive. Sometimes I just want to go get a room there for an escape. Lol. Oh! And the wifi was instantly fast!!! Loved it!!!

Stayed here about two times now. To be honest this place isn’t a bad place kinda smells in the hallways but overall nothing to bad to really complain and not come back to. They give you tons of pillows too, beds pretty comfortable, limited channels, breakfast is served from 630 – 930. Wouldn’t mind staying here again.

This place is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I travel 9 months of the year for my job and this is the worst place in the world. I have stayed I better hotels in a 3rd word Country drugs for sale in parking lot people at front desk have no idea of what they are doing. People let their pets go number one and two anywhere in the hotel and in the rooms why this place is still open u do not know. Their breakfast is a joke people only stay here because there company forces them to or they are just to dum to know any better. I have to give this place a star just do I can post this or I would not ever give it one.

This is a nice Comfort Inn that is typical of the brand. It is located about 10 minutes from Ft Bragg and near the mall and about every chain restaurant you can imagine. Check in is fairly quick and painless. My room was nice sized and clean. The shower was poorly designed and too narrow. The bed was comfortable and the room was well lit. As another reviewer noted, the wireless internet service was slow and pretty useless.

Pros– microwave, tv, fridge, comfortable bed, clean room. Cons– WiFi non existent. There is enough to show a signal but not enough to be useful. Cant get updates, cant access outlook… Guess its good enough for government work.

A nice surprise — has more amenities than some of the«better» hotels in the area. This Comfort Inn is clean, everything works fine, the staff is cheerful and helpful, and the price is right. Not a lot of frills, but then, I don’t want to have to pay for fancy things that I won’t use. Absolutely nothing gross like some of the cheaper Fayetteville chains. I’ve been to a lot of Fayetteville hotels across each price level, and will certainly stay here again. One downside: While internet service in the rooms is free, the bandwidth can be pretty slow at peak times. Having said that, though, the computers available at the business center on each floor are much faster when the wireless in the rooms is slow. I booked through one of the discount online travel websites, but found that the walk-in price is the same.

It’s been about 18 months since my last review and stay. The place has been renovated, and they did an excellent job. I was in a king suite, which has a separate seating area with wet bar, table with four padded chairs, sofa with end tables, padded chair and hi def tv. The separate bedroom had a king bed and another hi def tv. Bathroom had a great shower with sliding glass doors and the toilet was in its own private area. Very impressive room. As I mentioned in my first review, this facility is near Ft. Bragg, and you will be competing with them for rooms — reservations are a must. Parking is also limited and the lot at night fills quickly. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by, but you probably don’t want to risk walking across busy Skibo Road.

I love that the supposedly lower-star hotels(such as this one) have more amenities in their rooms these days than the«fancy» ones, such as refrigerators, microwaves, and free WiFi. The rooms are clean and more than adequate. I’d prefer it over a standard Crowne Plaza or Sheraton room any day. Nearby to quite a few food options and a shopping mall, although it’s necessary to cross a busy highway to get to them if you’re on foot.
