Friendly staff, solid food. Grouper and Tacos excellent. 10 people with no complaints.

Great little Caribbean-like place in the middle of Fayetteville. Atmosphere is relaxed, the food is good, and back area is great. We had the shrimp tacos and Jamaican nachos… both delicious!

I am, like many others, an import to the great land of Fayetteville. Lattitude 35, unlike most other restaurants, does not feel like Fayetteville; and that’s a good thing! The location is tucked away in Haymont Hill, but has a great location. I went on a Tuesday, after learning that kids eat free on Tuesdays! Walking in with three children, and bringing the chaos that accompanies them, surprisingly didn’t raise any grunts or sideways stares from the patrons. The dining room is joined with the bar area and we had a seat and were given crayons and menus. A simple, fair menu, suggestions and specials were read to us($ 3 martinis) and service was prompt and kind. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, and it was awesome. Freshly cooked, and cooked perfectly. Not as much heat as I would like in the sauce, but it was tasty enough to make that a marginal complaint. The kids food was served warm, and was eaten in a few moments, so I’m happy with that. After beginning our meal, a few friends joined us and we discovered the outdoor area to the restaurant. This is where we are separated from feeling like you’re in Fayetteville. I don’t mean to offend anyone, but there was no noises other than conversation and laughter during my visit. No overpowering sounds of traffic and subwoofers. No contests for who can be the most obnoxious. All this was accomplished with a very lively, spirited(albeit modestly sized) and jovial crowd. Hidden among the patrons was the owner, just enjoying the moment with everyone else. He was funny and engaged with all. Everyone was enjoying the evening, and I was sad to have had to cut it short to get my kids home to bed. I will be going back. It’s a good place to take a group out for drinks and food. No overwhelming amount of TV’s, but enough to watch the game. More or less the kind of environment where you can catch up with friends and not be frowned at for laughing and having a good time. Enjoy

My husband and I visited this establishment tonight to get a quick bite to eat, we saw the reviews and we’re excited to try something new! Especially since Fayetteville doesn’t have the best selection of food. When I got there I wasn’t greeted by anyone. I had to find a server and ask if it was open seating to which she replied«yep»… So I sat down and waited a good 8 minutes before being asked if I wanted something to drink and if I was waiting for anyone(my husband) she was pretty nice though. So it wasn’t that big of a deal. When my husband arrived we ordered the ahi tuna appetizer which was 14 dollars and the portion was tiny! I know that’s how it usually is with ahi tuna but the slices were so thin I could see through them. It tasted okay. We ordered the jerk chicken nachos to share since we weren’t super hungry. This was the most disappointing nachos I’ve ever seen. All the toppings were just piled in the center of the chips so that there were mostly dry tortilla chips. They claimed that it had queso on it but there was just melted shredded cheese that turned hard so we couldn’t pick up any of the cheese with the dry chips. The chicken was super processed tasting and I don’t know how they have the audacity to call it jerk chicken when there was no seasoning on it??? We hardly ate any of it and left. Definitely not coming back.

First JUSTIN is the rudest server I have ever met. Perhaps is was my friendly smile that offended him or the color of my skin, but his behavior was behind rude and obnoxious! Second, the atmosphere was lively! I will give this 3 stars and 2 stars for the food that I received only because the bartender left the bar on multiple occasions to serve me even though I was seated outside and there were 5 servers in that section! Huge thank you from Dora, as she is the only reason that I will even order takeout in the future!

Insanely good, I could eat 10 plates of the calamari here except I’d want to get all the other food too. The bar is also cool, and it’s a really fun place to go when they do live music. The frozen chocolate covered key lime pie on a stick is also really good, it sounds weird, but if you try it you’ll want to only eat that ever again.

I’m so disappointed in this place. The last 2 times I dined were drastically different. This used to be my favorite place in Fayettevile and my go to and recommendation for everyone who asked. After today I will never return. I dined a couple months ago and found that they took some of the best things and«customer favorites» off the menu. However, because they still had shrimp and grits we stayed(my Hubby’s fav). His food was still good. Not able to get what I always order, calypso chicken and potato patties, I opted for the jerk salad. Nothing special it tasted like bagged lettuce and grilled chicken, would never order again. Tonight we tried dining one more time opting for takeout this time. My husband got the shrimp and grits and for my son chicken Alfredo. When he got home with the food we discovered my son just had boiled noodles and chicken with 2 tbsp of cream at the bottom, not mixed in or blended with sauce. Just HORRIBLE! I am finally fed up with the decline in food and service. I’m a loyal customer and I hate when a place I rave about starts giving bad service. They had a great thing going about a year ago when I found it. If it wasn’t broke I don’t understand the need to make the changes that are taking place. It’s apparent management/ownership or something major has shifted. I was so upset with our takeout I finally thought it was time to complain to a manager. I called and had to leave a message…

I took a seat at the bar to grab some dinner, and the bartender informed me that Thursdays are half off appetizers! A friend had already recommended the quesadilla, and the bartender recommended the wings, so I opted for both. What a deal at half off! The portion sizes were generous(four large quesadilla wedges and a full plate of buffalo wings), and the food was yummy. I would visit again!

So first off, I loved latitudes… until they sabotaged the menu. That pic of the nachos is no longer relevant since they decided to remove pulled pork and replace it with chicken. Nothing is more unamerican than puling pork from a menu. Thanks a lot Osama. I’m boycotting Lat’s until they bring back the jamaican jerk pulled pork.

A group of us ladies went here for a dinner one evening. There was about 7 of us and we were able to call ahead and get an area reserved outside on their patio area. The place is setup to be very beach and the outdoor space was very nice. Parking is tight, so be careful there. I ordered the special which was Beef Tips with 2 sides. I ordered regular fries and sweet potato fries(i know, double carb), the sweet potato fries were absolutely disgusting and I couldn’t eat them. Beef tips were delicious but the meal was not worth $ 16. Other diners enjoyed their meals, fish tacos, salads etc. Portions are a little larger than normal size on some of the items offered. Our waitress, Robin, was great.

I really enjoyed this place. Went about a month ago with a friend of mine for the first time. The one thing I didn’t like is that the place was sooo small. But we were eventually able to find a place and sit down. They have a covered patio outside and there was live music(a country and rock group). I don’t know about the food like everyone else is talked about because we showed up almost close to 10PM, but the service inside was great and the beer was cold!

The food was great– I got the fish sandwich and my husband got the fish tacos. The batter on the sandwich was different, very sweet and light, not what I was expecting but that is not a bad thing! Really enjoyed their take on it– and the serving was huge! They have a great outdoor space, but it was too hot for us this time. Will definitely be checking it out soon! Very limited seating so make sure you go at a good time or you will be at a high top or the bar.

I haven’t visited in a long time. The food is generally good. Today it was great. However, I won’t be lining up for lunch anytime soon. There are no lunch portions, only dinner and who wants to spend $ 20 on lunch? So I ordered an appetizer which was huge, when really a nicely priced lunch portion with a side would have been better. Could improve on the menu. The font is overpowering and its tiresome to read.

Fish tacos + sweet potato fries– holy cow! I’m sure the other stuff is good, but I’ve never tried anything else because they are SO good. This is my «go to» recommendation for out of towners– good area of town, great food, casual atmosphere. Parking is a bit tricky, but worth navigating for a great meal.

Great experience here, outdoor seating is wonderful. Service was a little slow but we were in no rush. Ordered the patty’s mule and it was sooooo good! My meal was Maui chicken with potato cakes. My friends shared the coconut shrimp with sweet potato fries and potato cakes. We got the Jamaican pork nachos but they came out with our meals. Overall I would order my meal again, potato cakes were my favorite though because the chicken sandwich was on a basic hamburger bun and sloppy. I would pass on the shrimp and nachos. Maybe it was the Friday night rush but they skimped on the topping of our nachos. Will be back to have another patty’s mule and tty their tacos!

Was pleasantly surprised. It’s larger than you think thanks to the outside covered patio in the back. Apparently it’s a hang out place for Friday nights(live music) and can get super crowded. But you can also see older people enjoying down decent food. My husband destroyed their nachos, I didn’t mind their fish tacos. I think it was a special Friday menu. But they have some decent items on their menu. I think it’s definitely worth checking out. Especially if you want to catch a show next door.

If you’re into the franchise eateries keep driving but if you’re into some soul cooking and great drinks well you’ve found the place for it. Bloody Mary’s? Perfect. Whiskey drinks? And we’re not talking your run of the mill liquid on ice we’re talking«Cocktails and Dreams». Tom Cruise learned from Mick at the bar so come and enjoy a quick Saturday or a slow Tuesday. BOOM.

We stopped here for a late lunch Sunday. The staff was very friendly and prompt. We both ordered burgers despite this being advertised as an Caribbean restaurant. We just wanted something simple and the burgers sounded good. I ordered the burger with mushrooms and ordered it well done. They cooked it to my liking but there was defiantly some charring I had to bite through. No biggy, it was still good and the mushroom and bacons were savory enough to cover most of the taste. My boyfriend ordered the firecracker with friend jalapeños. I didn’t try it but he said it was delicious. I did try his coleslaw which appeared to be homemade. It was very good. I’ve only stopped here for drinks once before. They had live music and a fun crowd. I would stop by here to try out the rest of the menu.
