On our second visit: our appt was at 9:15a, we arrived at 9a. The doctor did not arrive to the office until 10a, so my son and I waited in the exam room (after our preliminary assessment) for nearly an hour.
As a career professional, time management is key to juggling family and career. The doctor’s tardiness was not acceptable and certainly not professional. I will not be returning to this location.

Customer service was on point at this place. We walked in and had to wait a bit until we were helped because there were customers ahead of us, but the woman who helped us was super friendly. My partner’s glasses were stolen while vacationing so we had to grab a pair of glasses as soon as possible. The options of glasses were plentiful and the glasses were ready in 90 minutes. Super convenient and they were having a 40% off on the lenses with a frame purchase.
