I paid much $$$$ for a maintenance contract for 5 years only to find out that they weren’t doing any maintenance on the copasitator! (which is bare minimum) This lead to my lines being clogged which also damaged the mother board! Would not recommend! See my melted copacitator in the photos.

We were really pleased with Mark-​Air after finding the company in the local phone book. We took a chance since we had not used this company before. We needed our Trane a/​c unit repaired. The service desk (Jan) was very helpful scheduling our appointment within 24 hours. When an earlier appointment opened, Jan called and set us up and called when the repairman (Jimmy) was on his way. Jimmy figured out the problem quickly and made the repair. He was courteous, on-​time, and professional. I highly recommend Mark-​Air. A+ for customer service and price.
