Definitely was not the best Chinese food I’ve ever had, as the spring rolls were greasy and the egg rolls were mostly dough, while the rice tasted more like a boxed rice than anything(I’m not only Asian but have a culinary background, and it was definitely subpar). Although I asked for General Tsao(it was decent) and the noodles, they messed up and sent me two orders of General Tsao. Then it took a while on the phone to get them to understand the error, with several minutes of repeating myself and having two people talk back and forth before I gave up and just had them refund me and they came back to grab the extra order. Was definitely not worth the hassle.

Many Eastsiders go to Real China for the food which is always fresh and hot. Some go for the price which is outrageously inexpensive. Some don’t go. They order in. And some just like the family atmosphere. Two adorable children doing their homework when they aren’t helping mom and dad always leaves a good taste in my mouth. Speaking of good tastes, try the crab ragoon or the shrimp toast as an appetizer. The house low mein is a meal in itself. And the chicken wings 8 for under 5 bucks are meaty and tasty. As for the main menu. You can’t go wrong. P. S. I have no connection to this wonderful place, I just appreciate local mom and pop restaurants.

Great family — Great food at a decent price! They are always trying to throw in a free can of coke for some reason too. It’s the best take out chinese around and you’ll be patronizing a family that seems to TRULY appreciate your business.

Friendly owners and tasty(unhealthy) takeout Chinese. Probably my favorite place to get Chinese. The chicken is always crispy and has plenty of sauce. My favorite main dishes to get are the General Tso and the Sesame Chicken combination plates. My boyfriend always gets their Sweet and Sour Chicken and loves it, but it is not my favorite. It is normal about $ 8 for half a dish of chicken, half a dish of rice and an egg roll. There is always plenty of leftovers(at least two meals). There are some times when the Chinese from here is amazing and others when it tastes almost fishy, so it can be a hit or a miss. The chicken itself is dark meat but is always juicy and flavorful. The egg roll I could do without. They are okay, nothing outstanding. Sometimes we also have an appetizer night and order a bunch of items off their starter menu. This includes the crab rangoons, fried dumplings, steak teriyaki, spring rolls, and boneless ribs. Their crab rangoons are my favorite. I haven’t found anywhere that has better. But something to consider is they are on the sweet side. When I have ordered rangoons from other places it has more spice and onion-y flavor. While there is an onion flavor to theirs, it is much sweeter than average. Also, their steak teriyaki is to die for. It is flavorful and juicy albeit a little tough. Their appetizers are definitely some of my favorites. I also love their wonton egg drop soup. I haven’t found anywhere else that serves this dish and I have forgotten how good it is. It is normal egg drop soup, but it also has really flavorful beef wontons. It is definitely worth getting if you like both of these aspects of Chinese. Overall, I have been going to this place for at least 7 years now and they are on the better side of take out Chinese. I haven’t found anywhere as cheap and as good in the Fayetteville location. And now they deliver! It would have been nice in my teenage years when I wasn’t able to drive, but oh well.

I lived a block away for a year and got take-out about bi-weekly. It’s a cheap take-out joint serving the kind of Americanized Chinese food you’d expect. The mu-shu pork is consistently good and the owners are nice folks.

Located in a short strip plaza behind Kirby’s. Lunch. «5 years in business». A bit dumpy and just one booth, a typical takeout Chinese place & menu. Chose menu coupon«3 for 4» from Lunch Specials. Shrimp Lo Mein was OK, but, Sweet & Sour Shrimp and General Tso’s Chicken were way over-breaded. Found NO chicken in my Chicken Egg Foo Young! Dumplings in the soup were nearly all dough. Pork Fried Rice was OK, which comes with each meal. Another 5 years???
