Worst receptionist EVER! When I had an appointment last year I perceived the male receptionist as VERY rude, I had to stop in this week re: my prescription and I left so upset/​in a huff, with his horrible attitude, that I forgot my insurance card with the very pleasant lady at the Walmart eye center! If Dr. Risk wants to keep ANY clients, he’d have to fire this very rude man. I waited to speak with him while he spoke, rudely, to a male customer on the telephone. I also work in a client service based job and have for over 30 years and if I EVER talked to clients as he does, I should and would be fired.

The staff was very down– to– earth and hassle– free. I called one Saturday morning and got an appointment for that same afternoon. No long wait to see Dr. Apple, who made conversation with me and handled my appointment swiftly. Would definitely recommend!

We have been there twice now and saw two different Optometrists. Both were excellent. They took the time to ask questions and listen to concerns with my child and talked to my child as well, which is nice.
