Been here a couple of times and it’s a great place to catch up with a friend. Homey and peaceful.

Granted this establishment has a slower pace and casual comfortable feel to it – that may very well be the reason for patronage by its customers. For a ‘hipster feel’ head over to Onyx (another gr8 Local) or SBs (for standard consistency).
Meanwhile, for those seeking a neighborhood business offering (what seems to me to be) a honest casual atmosphere, in-​house made food items, and providing a clean and safe environment in a family friendly setting this is a good place to go.

I go here specifically because of the location and that it’s quiet. The atmosphere is perfect to get your work done. The staff are always nice. If you’re looking for a friendly local coffee shop to call home this is the place to go.

I’ll tell you why I love this place, and why it has bad reviews. I love this place because they can actually make a macchiato. They have over 50 flavors to put in their drinks. They have multiple milk alternatives. They have French presses. They actually have food they make themselves. Ignore the review that says they buy everything from SAMs, because that is a lie. They do get there pastries from a store in Farmington, but they hand make quiches and sandwiches that are a great compliment to their coffee. I also love their flavored roast. The angles kiss and the white chocolate truffle are by far some of the best roast I’ve ever had.
Why does this place have bad reviews? Because people are impatient and it’s not a Starbucks. This place actually stirs your drinks for you and suggest you French press your chia. The line can be long at times and I’d suggest getting a coffee to go if you can’t wait 5 – 10 min for the barista to make 4 skinny chia fraps for the sorority girls in front of you.

This place is awesome. Homey, quiet, and the coffee is excellent. What is the deal with the bad reviews? I will assume they are computer generated as they don’t equate at all with The Perk I am currently drinking my cup of coffee at. Go here.

Service is awful! I stood in line for 8 minutes before anyone noticed me standing at the counter. They need a bell or something you can ring if their employees are going to be in the back. The drinks are not the best either, I ordered a vanilla latte and all of their espresso is pre made. Way too expensive for not receiving a fresh drink!

If you go there for food, don’t waste your time. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 club sandwiches. The employee took my order, And went to the kitchen to start making it. Soon after, 2 ladies walked in to order a drink. He stopped making my order to come out and make the order for these women. I understand that they want to take care of the counter and acknowledge people when they walk in, however, wouldn’t it be a better practice to take the 2^nd customer’s order, take the payment, and then tell them that you will have that ready for them momentarily, as soon as you are finished with this other customer that was here first. My order was over $ 20. Those drinks couldn’t have been anymore than $ 10. I was there first, they were there second. Why should I have to wait for their order to be made??? Again, don’t waste your time. If you’re going just for coffee, it shouldn’t take that long, since they let people ordering drinks cut in line, so to speak.

Avoid. EVERYTHING they sell is from Sams Club. Coffee is perked and put into thermos servers and is often lukewarm to cold and if ask for fresh the college student behind the counter acts like you are taking out of their personal time to brew more. Baristas are poorly trained.

Only good thing about this place is that it’s the only coffee shop in the area. And I guess proximity is the only reason I ever visit. Agreed that the food could be better and that it could be more cosy.
Not worth going out of the way for when there’s better coffee, food, and atmosphere in Fayetteville.

Coffee not bad, service is good. Needs to be a little more cozy. Yep, Sam’s Club muffins. That’s too bad.

Nice atmosphere, but completely mediocre drinks and food. I actually saw someone I can only assume was an owner or staff member unloading boxes of muffins and snacks from Sam’s Club out of their car and bringing them in behind the counter. Reselling pre-​packaged food as though it’s baked on site is really off putting to me. I didn’t have anything there I couldn’t make or buy and have at home.
