I have to say I am extremely pleased with the service there and the info, everytime I go in there I come out with a great deal, they have the best trade prices I have seen in a video game store, for instance I took a ton of 360 games into gamestop, talking 12 high end franchise games, the same games that they sell for 20+ dollars and gamestop told me that all they would give me for the games was 9 dollars for the whole collection, not per game, I brought them to zero gravity and they gave me a good trade in rate for a new system. they are quick, clean, professional, and have a wide stock of not only just games and consoles but collectors pieces, movies, and accessories. Not to mention I travel 15 miles one way just to shop with them, they are awesome and they conduct business the way it should be, fair.

I was In the store today with my 4 year old son. I have been In this store at a minimum of once a week for the last month and a half to purchase games and had planned on adding to our collection every week. me and my son being the only customers in the store, the employee behind the counter was talking to his buddy about how everybody thinks he is a dick. I believe he said his name was Justin but I’m not certain. I let it go the first time but after the third time he used that word with my son in ear shot i reminded him that that there was a small child in his place of business and put my games on the counter and left. That is terrible customer service. I just got done having a conversation to a 4 year old about what «that guy behind the counter was talking about». If a video game store isn’t kids friendly then what is?
