Mini market is a very apt description of this place. It is primarily a deli but they also sell some other basics of bread, milk, eggs, and semichki (roasted sunflower seeds). The share a chef and kitchen with the restaurant next door Absolute. Their prepared deli food is some of the best in the area and their deli meats are very good quality so their prices are a bit higher than other Russian delis in the area. But the increase in price is worth it. I have yet to get something from them that was not fresh and flavorful. They will also take orders for take out catering but to insure your order is taken and prepared on time (at least during the holidays), place it at least 2 weeks in advance.
