Little Caesars

Tried this place again out of convenience, still horrible with disinterested, uninviting, inattentive, unhelpful, miserable staff. I swear these guys perform as awful as possible so no one comes in and they don’t have to do anything, God forbid I interrupt that cell phone conversation. Such a shame for a franchise that has built its reputation on hot and ready convenient food, and many very good locations.

Little Caesars has the best tasting pizza around, and at the best prices. his is saying a lot, considering how many pizza places are in the Feasterville and Somerton area. The $ 5.00 plain and pepperoni pies are an unbeatable deal. Pies are on-​hand and ready for pickup with little to no wait time. The deep dish is also a favorite of mine, as is the advertised bacon-​wrap crust.
Luckily the product and price are top notch, or else this business would be worthless. Customer service is nonexistent, as the employees do not greet you, do not thank you, and do not smile. They do not speak, and if they must, it is in a barely audible monotone. Their attitudes are abysmal, and their inability to even acknowledge me, and in the middle of a transaction, is disrespectful beyond belief. Several times an employee was wearing earbuds while ringing me up.
I have lowered my review stars as a result of my experience there last weekend, when the store opened over an hour late. I had planned a pizza get-​together, and had to check back at the store several times before they finally opened up. As usual, the employees could care less. Bad service is one thing, but if I can’t even rely on the restaraunt to be open on time for lunch, then I know its time to find another place for pizza. That shouldn’t hard, as there are tons of places in Feasterville.

Been going there since they’ve opened unfortunately the workers there have an attitude problem. I”ve had wrong orders given to me… it seems like a chore for them to take your order… it always seems to be same girl with attitude… will have to start taking my business down to Street Road.

1 star for the customer service. Food is good but the woman who rang me up was one of the most uninterested/​unmotivated people I have ever talked to. You’re in the customer service business, you have to smile and be polite even if you don’t want to, sorry Hun, it’s part of your job.

Their pizza, breadsticks, and wings are really surprisingly good, but their customer service is hands down some of the worst that I’ve had to deal with.
It seems like they are understaffed, and the agitation they have being overworked shows to the customers, in how they deal and talk with customers.
If it wasn’t for that, 4 or even 5 stars for this location.
