The orange chicken was rock hard, so hard it broke my fork. The Chow Mein lacked any flavor other than plastic. Would not come back.

Very small portion, I was severely disappointed and i know if I had served my server that same amount she’d have felt the same way.

I recently took my kids to this Panda and they both loved it!.They tend to be picky eaters so the variety was perfect.

Good portions but slow drive thru service. Told me it would be a 10 minute wait for teriyaki so ordered something else I didn’t really want. Gal running the drive thru was friendly. Food was just OK, but you can’t expect much in this situation.

Two Panda Express experiences. One in Santa Fe NM and the other in Kailua-kona HI. My wife and I were amazed at the quality of the food. We could actually taste the difference on every dish. The colors of the food looked great. Keep up the good work Panda Express Federal Way!

Meh. Just, meh. Walked in, was greeted with a little eye roll as though I had interrupted something. They offered samples which was nice. I asked if they were out of crab Rangoon and the girl said they could make me some so I thought that was nice. Then I saw her walk to the freezer and open the container and grab 3 with her bare hand and she did not wash her hands before doing this. Prior to that, I saw her handle a pen and the cash register. Hopefully she didn’t scratch her crotch or something equally as disturbing before handling my food but I kept telling myself that the oil will kill whatever diseases there may be. She gave it to me in a container with a bag even though we were dining in. It was ok, just a little annoying having to unpack it all. Food tasted good though :)

This is the first Panda that actually gave Good Portions! Since portion size is my main issue, this Panda earns the coveted 5 stars. Service was good as usual. Facilities are always nice. Food is good. But the portions were right on the money. If the other Panda’s would follow suit, I would change all the other ratings to 5!

First off Panda Express is one of those places you go that you know you are going to use the toilet within 20 minutes and it will clean your system out. So I walk in where I’m greeted by «what do you want». The employee was that rude! Her name is jasmine. I tell her what I want and get a water as well. I ask for extra chile sauce and she only gives me a few. When I bit into the orange chicken it was cold! So was everyone else’s. I returned mine and so did they and she was very angry about this. Listen jasmine I understand you may not like your job, but you won’t get a better job unless you learn how to treat people better! I get my warm orange chicken brought to my table and mine is much smaller than everyone else’s. It only has about 5 – 7 small pieces on there. I ask the manager to give me more in which he replies«we only give one spoonful» I then point to everyone else’s and he agrees that I didn’t get but half of what they got. The very nice lady who was a customer across from me asked the manager if Matt was here! He was not but she then went on to tell me that jasmine and a few others are always rude and that Matt is the manager. Well this is the end of my review for this Panda Express. End result=very rude and food that wasn’t fresh! Well my stomach is already hurting so now off to the bathroom!

It’s edible, southcenter location I would rate 5 stars, this one in federal way is dry. Chicken is dry, beef is dry, and chow mien is dry, prob because southcenter location is busier so everything is fresh.

I went in to grab lunch with my girlfriend and man, i cannot see one smile on any of the employees faces. They look miserable. You would think the manager would step up his customer service, but he is just as same as the employees that are working there…

I picked up dinner here for the first time tonight. I was very pleased with the service and most of my selections. The fried rice was ok, too bland and too many peas, not much else. The Orange chicken was good though, tender chicken, crisp coating and flavorful sauce. My favorite was the green beans and chicken. It had s delicious sauce, the green beans were fresh and perfectly cooked and the chicken was super tender. Great first experience.

We came around 9, when the close around 9:30. When we walked in, we were automatically greeted with an enthusiastic hello. There was less variety of food which is understandable since it was almost close. But what we did order, they have us huge scoops to get rid of the food. It was nice of them. Food also tasted good, I would say just as good as any other Panda Express.

It’s your typical Panda Express chain! They have mainstream entrees like orange chicken and General Tso’s, as well as Kung Pao; it’s not horribly greasy, but it’s not health food. This location generally has more selection of entrees(honey walnut shrimp, kung pao chicken, beijing beef, angus steak, broccoli beef, etc etc.), plus hot and sour soup. They have plenty of indoor seating, and plenty of parking in their location that’s tucked into the Tacoma Commons area.

Can’t receive 5 stars if you staying at a 2 star status This could help you reach that 5 star point 1. When its busy worry about my order first before helping someone else that way you won’t FORGET all of what I asked for. 2. Why are you concerned about how many starches I want if I want a three entrée with half rice and noodles that’s what I WANT 3. If you know that you are low on Orange Chicken and I order a two or three entrée and you give me the rest of my food and put it under the heat light and wait cause the ORANGECHICKEN is not ready DON’T MAKEITTHENTILLYOUHAVEALLOFIT cause now the ORANGECHICKEN is ARIZONA hot and the rest of my food is NORTHWEST Status. 4. After receiving the food the next thing which I’m sure allot of us hate is the soy sauce packet issue. 2 soy sauce packets is not enough for the whole family. 5. Yeah I know we should check our bag before we leave but, it’s not my job to make sure I have every item I asked for. I should not have to come all the way back from home to here to get what was missing this happens EVERYTIME. 5TIPS to 5STARSTATUS

Considering it’s a chain, this Panda Express is ‘ok.’ Personally, I like the one on Enchanted Parkways better. The fried rice is kind of inconsistent when I come to this location. Sometimes it’s on point, other times it’s really good! I’m just happy they added Honey Walnut Shrimp though to their menu. Of course it’s not the best in town. But it’s definitely a nice addition to their usual soy sauce + chicken + [insert random veggie] dishes that are usually in display. I give Panda Express some benefit of the doubt too. THEY’RE A CHAINPEOPLE! Come on. What were you expecting? Fine Chinese Cuisine? That’s like going to MickyD’s and expecting a wholesome American burger. I’m just glad to see that Panda Express actually cooks and fry’s their food in front of you. It’s reassuring to see chain’s like this, which on are the verge of becoming fast food, have SOME sort of quality put into it.

When the word ‘express’ is part of your business’ name, you should make sure that you meet that standard. At least make an attempt! Last night was another walk out for us. They were out of rice, the notable orange chicken and about every other meat dish we had our hearts set on. The chicken dish that was done and just sitting on the counter just got colder and colder. There was a group of customers who had clearly paid and were waiting… and waiting. We love Panda Express, but more often than not, there is nothing express about this location. Oh, and it is usually freezing in there too.
