Really great customer service since I’ve been coming in, starting in 2011 (minus the last two years, just started again!). The very happy, smiling gentleman that always greets me at the cash register when I come in and out remembers me, even though my most recent visit was the first in two years. His system still had my phone number in the database and found me easily.
The average waiting time is 4 business days from drop off. I haven’t had the need to ask for a rush cleaning, so I don’t know if they offer that service. However, from how they have treated me over the years, I believe it would be an option.
When I have dropped off items that are huge for regular washing and not dry cleaning, such as comforters, they do an excellent job.
Prices are the same as other dry cleaners.

Sun cleaners is great. We take all our stuff to them. Be it bedding or dress clothing, it all comes out clean. I’ve never had a problem with them.

We received a $ 5 off coupon in a christmas card from them a few weeks ago and this place is located convenient to us. That and it’s been a cold winter this year, so we brought in a bunch of family sweaters to be dry cleaned. Now these were wool and cashmere and worn a lot so there was a lot of pilling on most of them, especially my wife’s sweaters and some of the kid’s cotton sweaters. Now I don’t expect all that pilling to be gone, I know what a pain it is – but come on, when we got them back there were some huge pills still hanging off them. They were clean but looked so sloppy. At least trim off some of the huge ones.
