Had A-​1 Septic come up to my home in the mountains for a routine pumping of my septic tank. I was a bit nervous since it had been 8 years since the tank had been serviced. Fortunately, all went well and the system and tank were still in good condition. Teri was helpful in setting up the appointment and alleviating some of my anxieties about having a septic tank. Aaron, who came out to pump the tank, was courteous, knowledgable, and answered all my questions. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my fellow mountain neighbors.

Just had A-​1 Septic out to the house to diagnose a problem with our septic system thinking our pump riser was failing as our alarm light was going off and on. Had previously contacted several other local companies and found that no one works on the actual pumps or systems, they only pump the tanks and I would have to call them into pump the tanks, then find a plumber or someone else to fix the pump. Umm ok… Contacted A-​1 Septic, and Teri immediately contacted me back, we discussed the issue, found out they do the whole system from pumping to repairs and replacements, set up a time to come by that fit my schedule. Sean arrived right on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty sensor. Replaced my sensor, checked my tanks and rest of the system, and charged me a very fair price. I will use them again for any septic system issue or general maintenance again and highly recommend.
