Jolly Jumps of St Louis

We booked tables, chairs, and a bouncy inflatable 6 weeks in advance for my nephews birthday party. The day before his birthday party, we received a call from Jolly Jumps saying that their system was overbooked and they didn’t have any tables and chairs available for my event. They still had the bouncy inflatable available and would not give us a discount for the inconvenience of canceling the tables and chairs we reserved with them. Our event was planned in the month of May so please understand that other people have graduations, weddings, and birthday parties planned so we knew it would be hard finding a place that had them available especially the day before our event. The lady that got in contact with us from Jolly Jumps was very rude and inconsiderate of our situation. I won’t EVER recommend nor do any business with this company in the future. I wouldn’t even give them the one star if it wasn’t required.

I went to their indoor center. The equipment and play area are clean and in good condition. Staff members are friendly and inviting. Much cleaner and more quiet than competitors such as Monkey Joes. Located in an industrial center so I would not have guessed it was there. WE had a lot of fun with the kids.
