Lemongrass

While travelling in October of 2012, I stopped in this store to peruse and treat myself. I found a Cowboys Bag wallet that was so beautiful that it almost moved me to tears. I have used it now the entire year and continually get compliments on it. Today, I discovered that it was lost. I was not so concerned about the money and credit cards as I was that my beautiful wallet was gone.
On the off chance, I called the store and Kristie (I think that’s her name) was so kind and instantly knew of the wallet. Futhermore, she said she could order it and I would have a new one in a few weeks.
I was so thrilled with her great customer service and attitude that I promptly came out to Unilocal to give her and the store a great review.
I would move to Amelia Island just to shop at this store. And I live in Texas!

I have been very frustrated dealing with the owner/​manager of this store. I bought a watch over a year ago that didn’t work when I took it home to use it. I called the store and they instructed me to return it for my money back. I did send the watch back but never heard from them. After calling 6 times over the course of several months, I finally gave up. Every time I called they told me they would send me my 40.00 refund, but they never did. Really bad customer service. I was really very angry!

A great addition to downtown Fernandina Beach. We wandered in to look and didn’t leave without discovering unique pieces by local artists, amazing clothes and impeccable selections from an array of interesting designers. The design and layout of the store is very relaxed. The staff helpful, friendly and comfortable. Each of us who walked in, walked out with a find we were extremely happy about. The store also seems subtly committed to promoting global development displaying an array of jewelry designed by a cooperative in Uganda as well as promoting socially conscious brands like Tom’s shoes. Also love all the original art which not only lends to the authentic ambiance of the store, but is also for sale. Will be visiting again to see what new things have been discovered. Definitely a cut above your average boutique experience.

This store looked cool on the outside, but when I went in I found it to be laughingly overpriced. They had a see-​through polyester shirt made in China for $ 80. Polyester — super cheap fabric made of plastic fibers for $ 80? No way. I also didn’t feel comfortable with the man who asked if we needed anything — he seemed a little «off», and my husband felt the same way. Overall, I didn’t feel comfortable in the store and thought they were way overpriced. I would not go back or recommend this store, even though it looks cool from the outside.
