I bought the Oscar Professional a couple of years ago and just got of the phone with the Tech guys there and they are so helpful. I LOVE my Nuevo Simonelli Oscar! They were very helpful when I first purchased it as well. I was putting the wrong type of water into the machine and they helped me troubleshoot that problem ASAP.
