When traveling to Boise I do make this one of my stops. The Casino is nice, clean and the staff is pleasant and helpful. It is a great pace to fuel up and take a break. AND they have very clean restrooms!

Not the best truck stop, but this place has a few perks. One it does have a full restaurant«Denny’s» but with some restaurants inside certain truck stops or businesses could suffer from a few things, which these are one of them. Theres been times the food is consistent, and some it has not. I did give this truckstop 2 stars for a few other items other than the resturant. The place, is convenient right off and on the freeway. Gas Station, and Diesel are separate so diesels dont have to be bothered by motorists and vice versa.

What does one say about a truck stop that has a convenience store and a Denny’s? Every time I go here… the pump works. The on and off from the freeway cannot be beat. If you have a vehicle of any size… the parking lot is abysmal. If you are looking for Trucker info… I got nothing other than the pumps seem to work and they have lots of them. Casino seems pretty quiet when I go through to use the restroom or get a bottle of water. Restrooms are clean enough.

Its a gas station… gets the job done. I agree with a previous reviewer that getting in here towing anything would suck but for cars. .its fine. Gas. food…bathrooms.

This has to be one of the worst places I’ve ever stopped at. I honestly don’t know where to start. The location seems like it would be great but it’s not. I was towing a trailer with my truck and getting into the pumps was a royal pain in the rear. You have to go through a tight parking lot that really can only accommodate one way traffic. Half of the diesel pumps were out of order the day I was there so again trying to maneuver throughout the parking lot with a trailer. All of the air hoses were either damaged beyond use or had holes in them so they blew air everyplace when you used them. The hoses were all extremely short as well so I had to move the truck and trailer through multiple locations to get to all of my tires that needed air. Inside was worse. The place was dirty and it seemed like the employees could care less about you being there. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years from the inches of dust on top of everything, the used toilet paper strewn about the floor and the black sink. There are stops at either end of Fernly, I would suggest going there instead. I couldn’t imagine them being worse than this place. This was a huge let down as usually the Herbst’s run a tight ship at there other locations.
