Blanchard Valley Hospital

My sister had a baby and from what I observed, the staff were great and very welcoming and caring. They were there when needed and offered lots of room for any questions she may have had.
The one issue I did notice was the photographer. Not sure of her name, but she was a middle-​aged blonde. Short hair. She was informed to come back and check at a certain time, if the baby was ready for pictures. She did arrive on time, but the baby was fussy, prior to her entrance and fell asleep minutes before she arrived, as well as the restless mother. She was politely asked to return tomorrow, which she offered to do and when she was told to return, she rolled her eyes and walked out with an attitude. Sliding open the privacy curtain all the way back, without closing it upon her departure. Never said thank you. Just «Ok» and a glare as she walked out.
Other than this ignorant photographer, the other staff were amazing!

Beautiful and quiet hospital. I really am enjoying the care and décor of this hotel. I am not a patient but my daughter is in their NICU. They are providing great care for her and the space is also very nice. They have free wi-​fi which is nice to have while one is sitting for a long time. They also have numerous TVs around the building with comfortable chairs.
Free Apples in the front makes me smile and feel healthier:). This hospital is better than I expected when I was driving up to Findlay. I was expecting something older and smaller so I have been pleasantly surprised.
The cafeteria is also nice as one has many options to choose from. They have fresh food, ready to eat food, soup, salad, pizza, healthy options, and the crappy options from the vending machine. They have two microwaves available for use. They also have a small coffee stand that hasn’t been open on the weekend but open during the week.
