If I could give them 500 stars I would. These guys are absolutely the best of the best! I live in Southern California. After dealing with RV dealers here in California, I decided that I did not want to give my business to any of them. I came across OHRVS on the internet and they had exactly what I was looking for. I called and spoke to Todd Cory. He gave me a price and I was awestruck at the difference in price. He spent time on the phone and we went through the entire trailer.
My wife and I were nervous about buying something sight unseen, but after a lot of researching; we decided to go ahead and buy the unit from Todd.
NO REGRETS! My shipping company went out to Ohio and met with Todd who worked with him to make the shipping as easy as possible. Todd and his crew even gave a walk-​through of the unit; all filmed by my shipper. I can not say enough about the buying process and the delivery of the unit.
After the unit arrived, sight unseen, my wife and I were amazed at the details of the entire process. My shipper even said he had not dealt with people that were more genuine than Todd and OHRVS.
Well, we had our first trip this past weekend and it went perfect. Everything went amazing and the trailer is superb. Everything works and performs flawlessly.
I do anticipate some warranty work with owning an RV, but knowing I can take it to a Keystome dealer near me for service (they don’t carry the line I bought, but do service them), gives me peace of mind. I know that even if Todd could not service it, he will provide the appropriate solution later on!
BTW…they accidentally over-​charged me on sales tax and sent a refund check with an apology letter! Now that says alot!
