I arrived nearly 45 minutes early and was immediately seen. Your staff has always been very pleasant. I suffer from vertigo and they were very accommodating. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but your staff makes it a lot more tolerable!

Positives: dentists are friendly, do a good job and (unlike a lot of dentists) they don’t push expensive services and products I don’t want. cleanings get my teeth white and very clean. office staff is pleasant and easy to deal with. very accomodating when making appointments. short and reasonable wait when I arrive at my appointment time.
Negatives: office staff can throw you a curve sometimes. one time I needed to change my dental insurance, so I printed a list of plans available to me (federal employee) and took the list into their office. I was assured they accepted all the plans on my list. when I tried to use my new insurance I was told «oh, we don’t accept the FEDERAL plan». couldn’t switch to an insurance plan they accepted until the following year (open season). another time I was advised to get fitted for a night guard (molded plastic thing that keeps you from grinding your teeth at night). I was told my insurance would pay the bulk and my cost would only be $ 76.80, which I paid in full. a few months later I received a bill for $ 171.10. turns out my insurance only paid 35% of the cost. oops. my insurance company told me the dentist should have contacted them for pre-​approval.
