No soda but charge us on the drink choice that we made. Ask us to repeat our order over and over. There’s 2 cars ahead of us but we are waiting forever to get our order.

Bad service, I went there with one of my friend and we place 2 orders and we only got one order. The service is not professional, they need a lot of training. The staff need to practice on there customer service and make sure that they hear the order correctly or use a hearing aide

So disappointed I ordered a double cheese and fries and ended up with big mac and old fries. Customer service was fair however never any eye contact from cashier girl taking my order. Everything was just so wrong!!!

Asked for two meals with everything, she forgot to put it down so she wanted to charge me in my credit card 1.80, it was her fault and talked to the manager, horrible person not nice and told me sorry but it won’t be free! Never come back to that place, long to take your order and not nice people to talk to

This Mcdonald’s is a popular spot to stop and grab food for people on road trips from CA to Las Vegas, NV. Be ready to wait in line if you’re caught in that crowd! The bathrooms are okay but it’s reasonable that they get so dirty sometimes since there are so many travelers passing through.

$ 15 an hour… What a joke!!! Stopped to use the restroom. It was cold so we thought McDonalds coffee would hit the spot. Waited… waited…waited no one bothered to let us know they were out and had to make a new pot. Decided to peek at the counter and there were 2 coffees sitting there. My husband went to grab the cup but the lid wasn’t on right and burned his hand. Asked to speak to the manager who could’ve given 2 shits about what happened. She said do you want some water because I don’t have anything else to offer you. What a waste of a stop.

Had a quarter pounder while my boyfriend had a quarter pounder deluxe. I have to say I am loving the decision. The quarter pounder was tender, well-marinated, with a touch of pizazz that complemented the melted was of the cheese.

DOIBLECHECKYOURORDER!!! 4 items were missing from our order and they were not at all apologetic. Felt like that’s their M.O. for to go orders thinking no one will bother circling back once they get on the road.

Food was ok, typical Micky D’s food you know what to expect. Unfortunately, since this place is seemingly in the middle of nowhere there are quite a bit of people shuffling through here stopping to get gas and such. The bathroom looked like maybe an exorcism had happened in it? It literally could not have had anymore water on the floor if they had decided to open a lake inside. The bathroom was disgusting. Slippery black water everywhere and man was it hard to walk in there. An employee came in and kinda just looked at it and walked off. I can only hope that they cleaned it after because that was bad. Overall, food was decent, but man that bathroom was the stuff of nightmares.

I rarely ever eat McDonald’s; the only time I ever eat at McDonald’s is when I’m on the road and McDonald’s is one of the few choices available. I opted for McDonald’s last weekend on my drive up to Berkeley, and it was a lot worse than other McDonald’s I’ve been to. I ordered a filet-o-fish and chicken nuggets; the food was the same as any other McDonald’s. However, what made me the most disgusted was the cleanliness of the place. You could visibly tell that the area in front of the cashiers had not been wiped down regularly, and there were a bunch of mosquitoes flying around. Overall, the entire place was just a lot dirtier than most McDonald’s.

Firebaugh. CA: Sustenance. Kind of. Really wanted a quick, more nutritious meal and figured a salad would fit the bill. The Southwest Ranch sounded adequate, with grilled chicken. The greens, black beans, corn, and corn chip strips were fresh and crunchy. Sadly, the grilled chicken had no trace of being grilled. It wasn’t even warm. There was a layer of coral colored condensation on each of the three or four pieces of meat. When I took the meat back to ask if it had even been heated, I was told that it comes frozen and they grill it slightly. It was just tolerable and we were in a hurry to get back on the road so I did not press for further action. However, I would say DONOTORDERTHESOUTHWESTRANCHSALADUNLESSYOUWANTSOGGYCHICKEN, at least not from this location. Would’ve been a 2 star rating but the Big Mac and Fish sandwich were okay. The orange juice was very diluted, like watered down juice. The house drip coffee was okay. We filled our tummies adequately.

I stop by this branch for several times while traveling back and force between North Cal and South Cal. Remembered they don’t have the $ 1 drink for any size deal due to the agreement with neighbor Chervon convenience store. Today, just noticed that they have $ 1 drink now. Good! It’s good for a long hour driver to stop and get some snacks with large soda.

GREATSURPRISEINTHESPIRITOFLOVE !! It’s been a very looooong time since I’ve been to McDonald’s but during a drive to So. Cal to visit a beautiful friend, we stopped at the McDonald’s on Panoche Road off of I-5 and had the best experience. We were hungry and ordered breakfast. Lory a very kind hearted and sweet young lady kept encouraging us to get items from the menu. We were satisfied with a few items from the dollar menu and we’re ready to hit the road when Lory said, you get to pay with love. A little confused and dumb founded, she asked us to hug and say we love each other and when we tried to pay for our meal she said you paid it with love. Apparently, McDonald’s had a great campaign all around sharing love until Valentines Day. What a great idea! The food was hot, fresh, delicious and covered in love. Thanks for a great experience.

It’s not the fastest McDonald’s but things were prepared well here. Got some chicken mcnuggets, which were crispy. Lots of seating and parking. Chevron gas station right outside.

I really try to avoid fast food because it’s not good for you nor is it inexpensive for what you’re getting(mostly salt and fat). But in a pinch, this McDonald’s with adjacent AM/PM and Shell gas station just off the busy I-5 was totally swamped with sweaty, tired travelers including us two. Their ice machine was busted and the soda out of the machine, warm. Everything was overheating including peoples’ patience in this 106-degree day. To compensate, they sold every drink, even the mega size, at $ 1, scooping out ice from a giant bucket at the register. Still, with smiles on their faces, they managed the crowd and while they gave me the wrong sandwich(I wanted a grilled chicken wrap, I got a grilled chicken sandwich on a multi-grain bun), I have to admit it hit the spot. And the quick stop got me off the mind-numbing, white-knuckle ride on I-5 N for just a few minutes.

Not sure why other people who reviewed this McDonald’s have given it a poor rating when the employees here do their best each day. Not everyone was born with silver spoon in their mouths. A little modesty and humility goes a long way. Show. Appreciation. Each time the place was super busy. Imagine families, lost folks, hungry travelers, and people just wanting to use bathroom and fill up their gas tanks all converging on this McDonald’s at the same time. I’ve seen lines out the door for their bathroom facilities. * They do have another set of bathrooms outside for those who don’t know and are reading this review. Used my phone to pay for the purchase and the employees looked at me with amazement as if; I was from the future! Yeah. Calling myself«Marty McFly» wasn’t going to «fly»; since I look like I’m from the Masai. JK!(Google it if you don’t know) For me, it was a good experience; like a visit to any other McDonald’s I’ve visited around the country. The one in Georgia left a lot to be desired, but that’s a whole another story. One thing I’ll point out — and this is for people at Unilocal — they have it incorrectly listed as Mcdonald’s. It is supposed to be listed *correctly* as McDonald’s. I’ll let the Unilocal police know. Ronald. Would be pleased. Thanks for the«Happy» meals when I was a kid. They did make me happy.(Why lie? Only the toy did) Being a positive person that I am; I concentrate on the positives. Negativity; the wise Buddha said, is for fools. Love. Life!

***This McDonald’s is a significant step below other McDonald’s locations; their breakfast showed a great deal of carelessness in the kitchen – the orange juice was watery, the sausage gravy and biscuits was served upside down(sloppy and maybe acceptable if you are getting the food to go but not for dining in), the egg in the Egg McMuffin was very thin(they must have used a small egg), and there was a lot of eggshell in the Egg McMuffin(a little bit of eggshell would be understandable, but the amount I had really illustrated an employee’s lack of concern for the customer’s dining experience); even though McDonald’s is fast food, they definitely have corporate standards and they are not being followed here; McDonald’s prices vary by location and this one seemed to be quite expensive(maybe the high prices are due to its location on the 5 freeway; the next McDonald’s is many miles down the road); service was quick despite the big crowd*** This McDonald’s is attached to a Chevron gas station and(like most McDonald’s) this property offers free parking; you may not want to park too close to the drive-thru or you might find it difficult getting out.

I can’t believe that I am reviewing a McDonald’s, but I have to because of my horrible experience here. We were driving home on the 5 back to southern CA and made a pit stop for gas and lunch. I ordered 2 kids meals a couple cheeseburgers and a fish filet. I waited 20 minutes because the fries were not ready. How can you operate a McDonald’s without fries?! When the fries finally came they skimped on the portion(my large fry box contained the portion of a medium fries) because they only had one little batch ready for the whole crowd of people in the restaurant including the people waiting in the drive through line. I took my food to the table and of course all of the burgers were cold and they forgot the drinks for the kids meals. I had to return to ask for drinks. The place was a disgusting mess with crumbs on the floor, sundae syrup on the floor, ketchup packets and garbage left on the tables and napkins went unfilled. I had to go back and ask for napkins! Even my daughter commented on how gross the place was. UGH! SO irritating. The only reason why we stopped here was for the convenience and it was anything but that. Also, I asked the employee where the bathrooms were and he shook his head and told me that he strongly recommended that I use the restroom at Subway or Taco Bell across the way because the condition of that bathroom was horrid. Can it get any worse?! I don’t think so.

Gosh why do I keep stopping at the same place along interstate 5. Maybe because it’s about the same time I need to use the restroom and get gas to and from LA. I keep making the the mistake of getting gas at the Chevron with this lousy McDonald’s. Since I am too lazy to go across the street I get crappy food and terrible service. Ordered the bacon angus burger combo and a big mac. One of the managers gives me my order without the cup for the drink I asked for the cup and he told some else to give me one. She questions what I ordered and showed her the receipt. I looked at the manager a heavy set Hispanic dude as I walked away and he said«don’t look at me like that bro». Huh? Bro? WTF. My wife had to keep me from going up and asking the name of this Jack Ass. Oh well I was there last December and I guess did not learn from my mistakes.
