I love this furniture store. Saw lots of items that I see in magazines. The prices were diffidently below market. Lots of one of a kind pieces. The sales staff very helpful with questions. As I redo my house furnishings this will be my go to first place.

Not at all below market as expected. Staff felt like a vulture. Not even the best location and very little if any unique pieces. Prices seemed normal for a furniture store– I do not plan to go back. Just wait for a sale at Godby and you will be happier.

I was so excited when we first bought our furniture. We were told when they delievered part of the order we had 4 days to return it. The rug we purchased was to big for the room and the crazy thing is that the girl who sold the rug tried to push a bigger rug on us. The two chaise ends arrived first and both the right and the left sides were severely overstuff in the foot lower section. It was like being in a low rider with the hood up on hydraulics. After a day sitting on them, both my husband and my backs hurts. No matter how we adjusted the back pillow we could not make it even. Of course they were closed on Wednesday when we tried to go in the store and make them aware of the problem. On Friday when we went in, we were not treated with the same friendliness when we purchased it. At the cashier, we were told all sales are final. But I remindered her that we where told that we had 4 days and had call customer service in Wednesday. So after waiting and her going to the«back to talk to someone» it was decieded we could select something else. At first we were told it would be a store credit, but after some debut it would be authorized to refund us any difference. I would have been happy at that point, but when it came time to check out a DIFFERENTSTORY from Dawn at the cashier’s booth. She told us the rug would be store credit… not the refund promised. At that point, I was hot. I reminded her this was to be refunded. She said fine. When I asked her to update her records, she stated I am the one doing the refund and it would be 7 – 10 days. I reminded in my position that I wanted the paperwork to reflect this refund… there is a line for it. At thar point she picked up a pencil and marked it. When I asked that it be in pen with the date and initials she scuffed, and marked her«X» with pen but no date and initials. I walked away because I wasn’t going to keep aruging basic customer serve with her. After walking away, I asked David our rep to go back and complete my request which he did. We really liked David the day we purchased the furniture and still today, but I see why Dawn has limited interaction with customers. After they have made their selection, but if this store is not careful Dawn’s could cost them sales. The lady cashing out before us had issues and Dawn caught an attitude with her. Believe me I will be checking for my refund of over $ 300 starting in 7 days. FYI: the 2 stars are only because of David. If my interaction at the cashier booth would have been better, my stars would have been higher. Just make sure to check out the furniture completely before you sign and release the delivery man.
