Tried it off a coupon from my dry cleaner. Got $ 10 off a gel mani and regular pedicure. Kim did a great job and I would definitely come back.

I’m giving this nail salon 2 stars because the technician started out well building rapport with me and my daughter; the end results were satisfactory as far as our nails were concerned, but I left feeling like we just paid to sit awkwardly during a social hour while our nail tech socialized with a friend that had come in early(she even stopped a couple of times to talk on the phone). Honestly, a little interruption is no heartache, and I brought my daughter out to have mother-daughter time just for fun for her 17th birthday. And the nail tech was very much into conversing with my girl at first, which made me happy; but all that stopped when three became four and, that became a crowd and I felt like we became an inconvenience. I was so disappointed. Anyone who has kids, especially teens, knows that when those moments happen you have to make the best of them, and well, her customer service needs to be fine-tuned. Speaking of tuning, thats when my daughter tuned — out and the mood was gone, not all the fault of our salon of the day, but I give them most of the credit. Because focusing on the people who are paying you to treat them like they are special and like they matter, at least while they are in your seat in front of you is a very important customer service must-have especially in the service-based industries. To her I was just another customer, obviously totally unimportant; to me, that was a special moment I’ll never get back. FYI, I used a Groupon to cut the price down to $ 21 for a full-set of gell acrylics with French manicure. If you go, be forewarned, unless she had hired another, there is only one nail tech. I won’t be going back.

Just left this place, and I’m extremely embarrassed to say iv been. If your looking to just spend a ton of money and not care about the finished product this is the place for you. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted an had even spoken to the manager about it two days before. I went in for my appointment and as she was doing my nails she started adding ten dollars here and ten dollars there. Just to get nails done was thirty dollars, then I had to pay separate for polish as well as design. same with my toes. My nails did not turn out the way I wanted them at all and when I asked her why they looked a certain way, she replied with that’s just how we paint the nail. My totally for a simple overlay and polish with a pedi was about 70 bucks, I then asked if I could use the coupon she had given me days before and she hassled me about it saying she just took it down and that she could do that if she wanted. While waiting the ten min for my toes to dry I strongly debated writing this review, but she cleared it up for me by cutting the lights off and cleaning, she also told me to just spray them and I should be fine. If your looking at this place DONT. Drive the extra miles and get good quality nails and service because this place strongly lack it.

I have had the worst experience at this nail shop. Since new management has taken over I enjoyed my few months of going in having wonderful service. However, on yesterday the lady who usually provides service to me was on vacation. So, I gave another nail specialist the opportunity to show his skills, poor choice on my end. I am a cancer patient so my nails and immune system are already compromised so I ask for additional cleaning of the tools. In removing the gel polish as a normal process he attempted to foil the gel on my nails it didn’t take, he attempted a second time and it didn’t work so, finally he used a very rough file to remove the gel whilst filing down my nail with it. It got so bad that my nails ended up being paper thin and the I could feel the nerves behind my nail. That was not the worst part, on calling the new owner today she was not apologetic or graceful in her customer service but, asked me what was she suppose to do and what would I have her to do. I told her she was the manager she should know what is suppose to be done in this situation. Needless to say she has lost a customer… Please be aware of this nail salon!
