Jack in the Box food is hit or miss. Their curly fries are good. Their churros are on point. The employees are pretty annoyed, bored, and unmotivated. Their taco shells are weirdly thick, and don’t seem to fry well, but I’ve still gotten the nacho taco more than once. They usually say their grill or fryer is closed when I swing through after a very late work night, so you cant get a lot of stuff at 3 or 4 am. I went last week because I had a craving for churros, and they didn’t have any, so then I was stuck in line because you can’t back out with a car behind you and in front of you. I went again tonight and they didn’t have any. I got the 7 piece jalapeño poppers, and ended up with 6. But counting is hard, so I get it.

This is a great place to go fill your belly if you have JITB taco fever or are on a 420 bingefest! The guy ahead of me brought in a styrofoam cooler and ordered *120* tacos to take back with him to Northern Ohio. Damn! That’s taco fever!
The layout is bright and cheery. There’s an outside patio with seating for your outside dining pleasure overlooking 116th Street!!! Enjoy breathing on the exhaust fumes!!!
Unike some other JITBs in Indy, this one feels safe and you it’s in an upscale, nice area where you do not feel like you are going to get rolled at any moment!
They have a great Coke Freestyle machine where you can get over 120 types of soda! Enjoy!

How many times do I have to say «no egg» before you stop putting egg on my sandwiches? I say «sausage biscuit with no egg» and I get egg every time. STAHP!

I’ve never been to any other location, but the food from this one has always been terrible. Customer service from the employees has always been horrible too.

This was my first time trying Jack in the Box in Indiana and I was extremely disappointed. We went at 8:45pm on a Sunday and the food was old and cold. There were no other customers but we expected fresh, hot food! My friend did not receive her beverage but we didn’t realize until after we drove away. We did not receive a receipt and I would say the attendant wasn’t very friendly. I don’t think she spoke a single word to us. The food probably would have been decent if it was fresh!

This place is like a teeter totter for me. For the most part the food is the same always pretty good and I really like Jack in the Box. However the staff at this particular restaurant probably needs to just be completely overhauled. Today at lunch they had a car with tinted windows parked in the drive thru so I sat behind it waiting to order. I’m guessing maybe the drive thru system was down but rather than putting out of order sign on it like a normal person would do they park the car in the drive thru to make it appear like you were waiting in line to go next. I look over and there’s two workers standing outside laughing. The management team here probably just needs to be fired. Idiots…

If you happen to go line dancing in Castleton and you need something to fill your belly after your rigorous workout and there’s no Taco Bell in sight (there’s totally one in sight…)… GO TO JA-​BO.
You want a burger? They got that. You want tacos? Got those. Egg rolls? Check. Cheesy bacon fries? Done. And you can get all of these things 24 hours a day. Everyone already knows that Jack in the Box is best after 2am anyway.
My personal favorites — Jumbo Jack, Bacon Cheese Fries, and the Oreo Milkshake. I rarely eat them, but when I do a certain Beyonce song comes to mind.

A little tricky getting into the parking lot, but worth it when you arrive!
Great stop in the realm of fast food. I have to admit that I’m more of a fan of their chicken sandwiches as opposed to the burgers, something in the batter speaks to me!
But the greatest part of Jack In The Box? If you choose to dine in, they have ranch dispensers. Yes, you read that right, just like ketchup and mustard… they have ranch.
That alone makes this place one of my faves.

First time here the other day. Ordered the Jumbo Jack Burger with Cheese and fries. The burger was really good, better than I thought it would be. The place is dirty though. You can tell they don’t clean every night. But, I guess that’s what you get with fast food most of the time.
The building looks really nice on the outside. If they could straighten up the inside and clean a bit, I would give more stars.

I loved the seating in dining area. Interesting menu like sirloin burger.
I tried their value menu for the chicken sandwich — typical. With my coupon that I got in the mail, I got an order of waffle sweet potato fries w/​purchase. So a great deal. Loved the unique and delicious sweet potato waffle fries; it seems to be a limited time item.

It’s gone downhill since it first opened. The staff used to be almost disgustingly friendly and the food was awesome (for Fast Food). The last 2 times I’ve gone through the drive through (last night being the last time I’ll ever go there) I’ve gotten attitude from the bitchy she-​male with the 5 o’clock shadow and a steaming bag of grease that should have been a sandwich and small order of curly fries. Never again.

I don’t get it. Why is there so much hype surrounding this place?
I have only been here once and ordered the Sourdough Jack with curly fries. The food was hot and fresh but the burger lacked the wow factor I was expecting from this much talked about restaurant. I will say that I did like the curly fries better than Arby’s curly fires.
Maybe I need to give them another chance and try something different but based on this experience I would much rather eat at Five Guys.

2:00a: Sausage Extreme sandwiches — nom-​nom-​nom !! …and the best damn smoking hot chocolate churros you’re going to find anywhere this time of day for $ 2.

Jack in the Box is delicious. I love the fact that it has breakfast 24 hours. This location also has a kiosk to place your own order, a great option if you’d prefer not to deal with a cashier. The staff is efficient and the food is tasteful.

We ate here the other day for lunch. Arrived about noon on Sunday and the place was dead. I ordered the Jack combo for 3.99, and my fiancée got a spicy chicken sandwich. Needless to say, we were far from impressed. Neither of our sandwiches had very much flavor, everything tasted bland. I will say that the staff was very courteous.
