These eggrolls are worth the wait in line but if you do not have the time you can preorder by the dozen and skip the line. They freeze well and reheat as crisp as when you purchased them. Get there early as they often sell out!

Who knew hidden in a corner of the Fishers Farmers Market held a secret little homemade crispy savory delight. These egg rolls are super delicious! Perfectly crisp and crunchy on the outside, stuffed with a well seasoned cabbage, pork, noodle, veggie filling, and served with a homemade sweet & sour dipping sauce. Simply da-​bomb! Come prepared as the line is always incredibly long but it moves quickly. Come early because they will run out. My mouth starts watering waiting in line as I anticipate devouring these succulent fresh rolls from the fryer. $ 9 gets you a half dozen, you save $ 1 when you buy a full dozen, and you can purchase singles but sometimes they forget to give you the sauce.
The name Mathoo’s means grandmother in Laotian. The owner grew up learning the art of Loatian cooking from her mother where she learned the secret egg roll family recipe. These are the real deal and made with love. Perfect for breakfast or lunch. If I had to assume a serving size I would say 3 per person is a good number as one simply won’t do.

I absolutely love these egg rolls and get them almost every week during the summer. The owner is super nice, as is the rest of the staff I have conducted business with.
The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that occasionally you get a box that isn’t as fresh as the ones coming directly out of the fryer, but even then, they are still pretty good. They are a little on the pricy side, but that never stops me from continuing to purchase them.
I enjoy making egg rolls at home from time to time, but it is a very time-​consuming and labor-​intensive project, so it is awesome to just be able to pick some up at the farmers’ market.

I used to love the egg rolls until I bit into one that had a long, black hair wrapped into it. I haven’t been able to come back since.

Support a local business that serves up delicious eggrolls? Don’t mind if I do. They are always fresh but heat up well in the oven if you must. I would recommend heading to the Fishers Farmers Market on the early side as word of this yumminess has gotten out and they always sell out.

By far the best eggrolls we have ever had. We get up early every Saturday to make certain we get some. Cooked right there so they are always hot and fresh. Usually by 9:00 there is a long line but it moves fast and its worth the wait. Its $ 9 for six and $ 17 for 12. Comes with dipping sauce. A little pricey but worth it. And a bonus is your are supporting a local business.

Yummy. Yummy. Yummy. These are, by far, the tastiest eggrolls I’ve ever had.

AMAZING eggrolls. Seriously, the best I’ve ever tasted. I have grown up with Mathoos Eggrolls before Mathoos Eggrolls (the business) even existed. The family recipe is one that can’t be touched. I seriously am ruined for any other eggroll because these are so good. Apart from the amazing eggrolls, the business owners are kind, ethical, and wonderful people… making me feel great for supporting this local, family owned business. I am excited to see them weekly at the Fishers Farmers Market this summer! Do yourself a favor… just try one (and dip it in their just as amazing sauce)…you’ll never look at a normal eggroll the same way again!
