In the store for approx 15 minutes trying to purchase a new phone. Was not approached by a single employee to ask how I was doing or if I needed any help. Now I know why I switched from Sprint to AT&T. Not sure why I even thought about switching back today. Luckily my mind was made up for me when I walked into the store. No customer service whatsoever.

i used to have sprint forever. i came here at 7 pm. they closed at 8 pm. this is the only day and time i could make it. there are 14 people waiting here in line with only 2 people working. this is so sad. a few people have walked out. i am about too. the manager should get fired. the people here waiting since 6:30 said 2 employees walked out with a room full of people. it is so sad to she the death of sprint. i guess i will be going to verizon.
