Terrible service and very unprofessional!!! My suggestion is to go to a corporate Verizon store because TCC can not help you keep your unlimited data plan. Waste of my time… would never go there again. When I had concerns about this, phone calls were not returned til the following day… all they care about is selling.

Folks that actually care about your wireless needs! I’ve dealt with multiple people there and they have all been knowledgeable and courteous. TCC is the only place I’ll ever go for my Verizon needs.
