Marissa Walker has the warmest, most genuine smile and chair side manner. She makes each of her patients feel special and listens to your concerns. If something isn’t right, she’ll do what she can to fix it. I was very pleased with my orthodontist experience at both the Fishers and Shadeland location and enjoy the staff very much. I get compliments regularly on my teeth and owe is all to the Walker Dixon team!

Worst grist as music ever in the lobby waiting area! Be sure to bring earbuds and something to drown it out. If I had a rope I would have hung myself!
Also they thee receptionists sit behind the counter whispering to each other which is very annoying!

Scheduling is a nightmare, they rarely have openings and are closed Fri, Sat, and Sun, no late afternoon/​evening hours. After $ 2400 + of braces and retainers, they told my daughter she can stop wearing her retainer until her next set of braces, but then her teeth shifted, so now her next phase will be even worse– we went through all that time, misery, and expense for nothing. But now we’re stuck with them, and will have to pay another nearly $ 4000 for them to hopefully screw up less this time.
