We lived here for a year and could not wait to move out. They do not take very good care of the grounds at all and it is completely overrun with doggie poo. You cannot take a walk without having to sidestep it everywhere. They do not empty the trash near enough it is often flowing out down the sidewalk and during the weekends you are trying to wade through all the garbage to figure out how to put yours in the dumpster that you cannot get to. The maintenance people are horrible and do not respect your belongings or your personal space and will just barge in whenever they please without any warning of when they are coming to fulfill a maintenance request. The girls in the office are very rude and uncaring. They put on a show of being nice until you sign a lease and then all bets are off. I would completely avoid renting here if you have a choice.

I lived in a 2BR-2BA apartment at Wellington for three and a half years and loved it; would still be there if not for moving out-of-state.
PROS: Staff super nice, maintenance great (prompt for urgent requests; timely for other requests), pet friendly, well kept grounds and relatively quiet. I seldom heard my neighbors (except for the footsteps of one heavy walker above me, but that is nearly unavoidable in a lower level apartment). Convenient to many stores and I-69.
I cannot comment on pool, laundry room, or workout center, as I did not use these amenities.
minor CON: Can be tricky to turn left/south onto Lantern during rush hour, but you can go north to the roundabout at 106^th and then loop around to go south.
