I have mixed feelings about this place. I like the doctors, especially Dr. D’Ambrosio. The folks in the office have been pleasant. I don’t like the way the whole Health Quest system runs. Too difficult to find the right number to call, and I always feel like I’m a pest when I call the 800 number (which is the absolute easiest number to locate).

I called in to make an appointment for the same day. I had no problem obtaining the appointment. The receptionist was very understanding that I needed to come in that day. Dr. D’Ambrosio and the rest the staff was kind, polite and very knowledgeable. I also love their new central location at 200 Westage in Fishkill. I would recommend Fishkill Primary care to friends and family (and I have, my husband goes there now as well).

The receptionist was completely unprofessional and my experience there was awful. When i was having my sonogram done the guy there was so rude to me and my family and he ruined the experience for my mother in law. He talked all about his family the whole time and complained about other patients that go there. At 7 months pregnant i wanted to switch doctors but i thought it was best to just stick it out… but then there was a problem with my insurance the day i went in for a visit and instead of them helping me correct the problem they said i could no longer come in until i fixed my insurance. I couldn’t believe this was happening at 7 months pregnant but i look at it as a sign now. I will never go to that office again!!!
