I just ate lunch here in Fitchburg. The staff were lovely especially Peaches. She was pleasant to everyone. When I was eating someone said they were a senior (which I am as well). I didn’t realize that you had senior discounts. When I said good to know for next time. She came over with a glass of your raspberries lemonade. I would not have tried it. But for her kindness I did and next time I will order it. I don’t write review about most places to eat as they are not usually outstanding. If the management pays attention to Unilocal she really is a peach.

Was in the area with my son, looked pretty busy but the employees moved the line along fairly quickly and were all really nice.
The food was yummy and everything was hot and fresh.
I was really impressed with Nick, who helped us bring our food to the table, then came by each table and asked how everything was and if we needed anything… Very impressive and he was sincere.
We did the 2/​$ 20 special which was a little higher since we did the half chicken and they let us know up front. This included drink and dessert so price wise not too bad.

It’s either I’m really hungry or this place is really great. Came in for lunch around 1 and the place is welcoming. Very attentive workers and service is superb.
I love chicken so I ordered half of the rotisserie chicken with mash potato and gravy, corn bread, and green beans. The past few years I’ve lost my faith in rotisserie chicken because most of the time they’re either dry or tasteless. Today, I can say Boston Market restored my faith in rotisserie style chicken. It was juicy and succulent and OMGooodness it was cheap! The green beans taste like homemade green beens. It was crunchy delicious and the mash potato was a hit. Worth every penny and a good-​fresh alternative to any fast food around the block.

Food is usually good service not so much. My last time here there were eight of us in line and two gentlemen behind the counter cutting the chicken. The Hispanic kid was busting his ass while the kid with tattoos of stars up-​and-​down his arms was doing nothing. Stars had an argument with a customer and stormed off and left all of us setting in line while the other kid was buried in sandwiches. I won’t be back.

The food is always fresh and its a great alternative to fast food when you don’t feel like cooking. The macaroni and cheese is the best!
