My roommate and I have ordered from this place a few times. AWESOMELEMONCAKE! the other cakes are awesome too. they are bought in-not made in house. I think $ 3 for one slice is crazy especially since they made the slices smaller. The wholesaler they buy them from charges them $ 27 for an entire lemon cake and the owner of Centre Pizza is also a co-owner of the wholesale company the cakes come from. I expected them to have entire cakes for sale for the holidays but they didn’t because they would have to charge customers $ 40 to make a profit. why not charge $ 32 that way you get people in the door. and if the owner is a co-owner of the wholesale company he is still making money. the pizza is good enough. the chicken parm is way too much bread and not a full breast or cutlet. it was like a few chicken tenders which just added to the too much bread. i got the fried chicken tonight and it was awful. light brown color, very greasy(means the oil temp is too low) and BLAND. i mean no seasoning at all, not even SALT! The batter was not seasoned either. The jalapeño poppers are good, a little too much cheese. the potato skins are o.k. the bottoms were burnt and again NOSEASONING not even salt. fried mushrooms are good. again, no seasoning in the batter. Mac and Cheese bites not good, no seasoning. Broccoli Bites are just a little bit of pureed broccoli and lots of cheese and lots of batter. they should fry broccoli florets. the fish sandwich was ok. the fish itself was very good-they order from S.S. Lobster-but the way it was cooked-fried-was not good-again no salt. the whoopie pies are dry-brought in. the homemade cornbread is awesome! Moist and a good size for $ 2 the cookies-i don’t know if made in house or not-are lacking in flavor and very dry. i am running out of things to try. from now i will not order anything fried. From these reviews I will try the ribs next. I have tried the fish dinner off a friends plate and it was good and the friend was very happy with it. i think it lacked salt. Every chef knows that salt is not needed just for seasoning but the for the chemical reaction food has with it, bringing moisture into the protein. you don’t need to use a lot for this to happen and of course you don’t want salty fish but it should still be used. of course i could always order from Espressos or Chinese food, but this place is very convenient. Another problem with this place is that they will close early. many times i have needed milk or a drink and gone there at 9:45 and the door is locked. of course the OPEN signs-the one on the inside door and the neon one in the window-are always in the OPEN position. it is very annoying, especially people’s reaction when they see it is open but it’s not. i have told them this numerous times all to no avail. The staff have always been friendly enough and if something is $ 3.10 i just pay the $ 3. It is nice they have expanded the grocery section but I imagine the prices are high. They are for milk and bread. Even though this place is convenient I will be ordering from Espressos’ or Zeda’s from now on. Except for the Lemon Cake. I am addicted to it and need to learn how to make it myself. I don’t know how they make the frosting. I will have to buy a slice and bring it to one of the bakeries in the area and ask them what is in it.

Absolute garbage. First off let me offer some advice, get a pizza dough recipe and toss the bread recope your currently using, they are not the same thing. Secondly a bbq chicken calzone is not worth $ 17. Lets look at the cost. 2 oz of chicken is 25 cents, 1 Tbl bbq sauce another quater, dough for this probably cost no more tha 50 cents. Your food is over priced, low quality, and not worth the paper plates I served it on. UTTERDISAPPOINTMENT.

This place is convenient. Especially if you live at the apartments at 245 River St. It’s actually part of the building. Their pizza is ok. Nothing special. But virtually everything else I have ordered from their menu has been very good. Large portions, and made to order. They even smoke their own brisket right there. Chicken dinners, ribs, Mac & cheese, pasta dishes. I have only eaten in… so I can’t comment on take out or delivery times, but my normal wait for food is about 20 minutes. Well worth the wait

My sister and I just ordered two subs, vanilla ice cream, and Coke. Share ordered the pulled pork – she loved it. She said it was sweet, and was too big to eat the entire thing.(She ordered a large.) I ordered an extra large chicken cutlet with the works. It was way too big to eat the entire thing. It was amazing. The ice cream was creamy, sweet, and just a delicious treat. The delivery guy was great!!!

The three times I ordered food from there the drivers self tipped. the food is good but if something is 15.50 and you give 16 shouldn’t you get 50¢ back. in stead they keep it and they say that I’m the only one who has a problem with this.

In Fitchburg proper, this is the place to get your pizza fix. They have a good selection of foods on the menu, casual, friendly atmosphere, Reasonable prices, prompt, clean, well-lit. Ample parking.

Been meaning to stop by for awhile ever since I noticed this venue’s opening. We finally did try it and so glad we did. The building space is fantastic(don’t know how they can afford to heat it though with the extremely high ceilings). And the food? Well, of course we went there to order pizza. After all, «pizza» is in the name of the place. However, after perusing the menu, we opted for ribs of all things. Ribs in a pizza joint, you ask??? Yup. And, surprisingly enough, they were amazing! We ordered both the smoke house and baby back ribs with fries and drinks. Two dinners for about 23.00. You can’t beat the price or the ribs. They were super — so super, I’ll go back specifically for the ribs again.

Just got back from their new location. First tiem actually trying their pizza. Thought we’d give a local store some business over the chain pizza places. I have to tell ya the pizza was good. The space is beautiful. Wide open and airy. Service was quick. Will be back again and I hope that other stores open in the complex.
