I love Humphrey’s for my ski rentals! I don’t own my own personal gear because I spend all my money on mountain bike gear; however, every time I go to this shop… they are amazing. Great service. Super friendly. Ryan helped my friend pick a good snowboard and gave her a great price… since I ski and don’t know much about snowboarding to give her my own advice on the matter. Love you guys. Headed up tomorrow to rent some skis again!

Went hiking along the inner basin trail to absorb all the aspen trees. It’s freaking awesome. I highly recommend it. Check out my pic. We were walking around in 60 degrees.

Fiancé and I stopped in Flagstaff on our cross-​country move to San Diego and decided to ski at the last minute. Staff here was very helpful, provided quality gear we requested and nothing more. Did not try to up-​sell. Great selection of inexpensive ski gear to get us going. We tried another place in town and we’re not impressed — it was overcrowded.

My little brother and I came down to Flagstaff to do a little snowboarding and skiing. We happened upon this place because of an A frame sign they have on the main road from the mountain and I’m soooo happy to have found this place!
Super professional, very helpful, and awesome prices! They kept the place open late to help us and answered about a million questions. The skis that I rented are in better condition and better quality than at other places I have rented at in town and the selection and prices were so great on the snowboards that we couldn’t pass up buying one. I highly recommend this place!

Spent 4 – 5 hrs with JP and the crew fitting some boots. The whole crew is fantastic and like I mention, no BS kind of place. I have been to the other place on Humphrey’s, don’t waste your time. They just sell stuff and tell you what you want to hear. They are not as knowledgeable. I have spent a fortune here but I am glad I did here than any other place. BTW, I did spend a lot of money but that does not reflect high prices here either. Good pricing as well.

I’d recommend Humphrey’s to anybody, young or old, bunny hills to back country adventurers.
There is no doubt that this is my favorite ski shop in Flag. I will stop in just to see what they have from time to time even if I don’t need anything. The guys are always super friendly and always very knowledgeable about the gear. Will never try to sell you something you don’t need.
Local guys that you will see in town and out on the mountain are the ones that run/​own the shop. Not a huge shop, so they carry only the gear that you really want.
Nice selection of brands that the other shops in town do not carry. They have the stuff you have all heard of as well.

Best ski shop in town! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. None of the «too-​cool to help the customer» attitude that I’ve found in other outdoor stores. And don’t let the small size fool you — It’s packed with everything you need for skiing. Prices are competitive with REI and other outdoor stores, and if you want something special or they’re out of stock, they’ll special order. Street parking is easy in this part of downtown. In the summer, the shop converts to rafting/​camping gear.

i wrote same review in google but i want people to know whats going on about this store… Seriously this guys are totally
wife and i took her snowboard to this store to get repair and waxed. and they told us that its gonna take 3 days to fix it and wax it. and they said they are going to call us when its done. we wait exactly 2 weeks to get call. finally my wife called them and “there u go“ its already fixed but we didnt get phone calls or anything. anyway we went there to pick it up. guess what? repair was not bad but wax job was absolutely horrible, they didnt even know how to wax a board. seriously dont go this store my friend. not recommended… Horrible job, horrible customer service…
