Worst product ever. I bought what the owner said was one of the best carpets in the store. Carpet is only 1 year old. No cats or dogs scratching or pulling. Everywhere you vacuum tiny pulls rip lines in the carpet. In the den they pieced together the carpet almost in the middle of the room leaving a line. At every doorway carpet gets caught in vacuum pulling. Very poor product expensive price. Weird guys as installers. I think that’s most of the problem that they leave these guys unsupervised. Hardwood is good but installers broke many pieces of furniture and mirrors and sconces. Mill direct was not a good choice.

I’ve been using this company for the last 10 years since I moved to the area. They are extremely professional, very fairly priced at the same installers have been on every job. They are very respectful of my home and Joe always make sure the job was done to my satisfaction.

Horrible Horrible. Not the product I paid for. Picked out laminate. $ 6000.00 for a vinyl tile floor? They refused to seal it. Tiles lifting. Told them we were pet owners, not to worry so are we. Well it looks like crap for 6k. I guess they thought if it got ruined we would buy again from them. Or they just did not care. Wish I did not have to put a star anywhere.
