Awesome place for a group. They have a really nice open room in the back. The owner and wait staff were amazing. The bartenders were attentive and so fun! They treated our group like family. Menu choices for a group cover all the bases. Love that they have non pub options. Working with their team to set up our graduation event was super easy with good communication and follow up. We call this hospitality The Butler Way and Trinity nailed it.

This joint is jumpin’! We stopped by the Trinity on a busy Saturday night. The place was hoppin’. There was a decent crowd hanging at the bar, the tables in the restaurant were filled, and there was a birthday party going on in the back party room. This must be THE place to be in Floral Park! As soon as we walked in the door the hostess greeted us. She told us the wait for a table of 3 be about a 30-minutes. That seemed reasonable for a Saturday night so we found a nice spot near the bar a settled in for the wait. Let me start by talking about the great selection of beers on tap at Trinity, yes, this is a soft spot for me because I like variety. Yuengling, Greenport, Blue Point, Sierra Nevada, so many choices! My wife tried the Shock Top with a slice of orange, for me I’m all in for the Irish experience, bring me a Guinness please! The bartender was friendly and promptly delivered the libations. A cold beer always helps to pass the time. Before you know we had a table, probably close to the 30-minute estimate from the hostess. The menu has a nice variety of pub fare with appetizers, burgers, their signature Pot Roast, and a bevy of daily specials. We started our meal with the Pot Stickers appetizer. Really delicious! They were filled with chicken and vegetables all neatly packed into a wonton wrapper. Loved them, recommended. As for my wife and I, we both ordered the Pot Roast dinner, beef brisket roasted in natural juices, served with peas and mashed potatoes. The menu called it a house specialty and I understand why. The portion size was generous by the flavors were really spot on. We both really enjoyed this dish and would recommend it. My daughter ordered the Steak Sandwich with fries. She enjoyed the sandwich but only commented that the bread could have been toasted a little more and some of the steak pieces were on the large side. The dining room can get a little loud at times but that’s the price you pay when you find a local favorite like Trinity. We all really enjoyed our stop at Trinity. I’m looking forward to returning in the near future to continue my exploration of their menu selections. Two thumbs up for Trinity. See you again soon!

Typical floral park spot. Food is average at best, kind of bland to be exact. I think it’s more about the drinking here than the food. The servers were friendly and the atmosphere is nice, exactly how an irish pub should be. I guess if you want to have drinks this is a nice place to come.

Typical Flo Po bar. Thursday nights are usually the most packed because it is ladies night. The typical crowd is from 20 – 30 on these nights. The bartenders and bar-backs are friendly, quick and always have their eye out for your drinks. Your glass will never be empty. You can always find Bryan there running around and helping out, great service! –Great bar to see old friends and have a drink or two.

This place used to be so much better as far as the food goes. The pot roast is still great, but a few other attempts to stray from that in the past year or so has missed the mark… sometimes wildly. Even the simple stuff(burgers, chicken sandwich, Sheperd’s Pie, etc.) can be subpar. Or just bland. There are too many other similar establishments in the area for this to be ok. Once upon a time Trinity was top tier amongst the others, not so much anymore. What a shame.

For me if you say your an Irish Pub not only must the taps run cold, but the Sheppard’s pie has to kick ass. Cold beer yes and good not great Sheppard’s pie, but it works for me. I’m a fan of Irish Pubs and Trinity definitely has the look & feel here in Floral Park. Wood finish every where, sizeable bar. Irish music in the back ground throughout. Limited menu with all your typical Irish fare such as fish & chips, bangers & mash and of course corned beef. A very health selection of unique craft brews ice cold flowing from often cleaned taps as per the bartender with an Irish brogue as does many of the red headed servers. So why only a 3 rating you may ask? Well I’m a connoisseur of ground beef, lamb, carrots, peas, onions smothered in gravy under a blanket of mashed potatoes with or without a lil cheese baked a top known as «Sheppard’s Pie». No lamb boo, beef only. Very lil veggies, boo. Tasty gravy and the perfect amount of mashed taters. Decent size portion. So it was good, but far from great at $ 13. The only cider on tap was far too sweet, strike 2. Pleasant dining and beer experience. Clean friendly environment. I’d swing by again when in the area for a brew & quick bite.

I’ve been coming here since I was in high school. As the years have come and gone Trinity’s has only gotten better. Trinity’s is a bar and restaurant. There is a large dividing wall between both, which helps to cut down on the noise. You can enter from the front or rear, where you’ll find a lot for parking your car. I have to admit, early on I stuck to the traditional Irish items that this place has always been famous for. The fish and chips, bangers and mash and pot pies are all favorites. The shepherds pie is by far the best I’ve ever had. However, recently I’ve been trying some of the other items and they are excellent. The pasta and shrimp special was excellent. The steak sandwich was tender and well made. Today I had their Sunday brunch. The burger was juicy and well seasoned on a sesame seed bun and the salmon BLT was surprising and delicious. I often come here with my wife, and it’s nice to have a place like this where we can enjoy a nice dinner for two when we want or have some beers and share some wings.

Their late night bar staff is great. I had a wonderful time drinking with friends. My drinks were so good, not watered down like some places. The music was loud and fun to dance too even though its not really that kind of crowd. Fun times here.

Being an hour early to meet someone does have its share of advantages when the waiting occurs in a bar. especially one that allows betting on the horses. Action on the ponies is something I always enjoyed partaking in. With some interesting brews on tap, I went one at a time, right to left and did a little tasting, of some brews I was unfamiliar with, but quite curious about. The Greenport Harbor Black Duck Porter was malty with a coffee undertone, flat out stellar(not a Stella), clearly the top pick from the taps located at the far end of the bar, opposite the entrance. Initially, I had set up camp there as I could see the screen for the horse races and proceed to loose three races in a row, taking grey long shots all the way! I do not know why, but when a grey horse is in the race, I am all over betting her. Coupled with the very rowdy and slightly problematic group I was near by, it was time for new ground. The Blue Point Rastafar Rye was also very worthy of special mention. I am so happy to see NY/LI get back into the craft brew business and I am not talking Reingold. The Long Ireland Celtic Ale came up way shot of the others, just musty and flat with no body. In walks my dining mate and off to the dining area adjacent to the bar. New England Clam Chowder was not as thick and lacked the creamy velvety texture I prefer, it was thin soupy and the clams were not really noticeable, however the potatoes were 4 to a spoonful, no matter how hard you could try to avoid them. Shepard’s Pie was very traditional in its ingredients, not overly enticing to my palate, but enjoyable none the less. The dining room was really packed and everybody seemed to have that high level of enjoyment from such a leisurely dining experience. The service was impeccable from bartender to servers, I could not have hoped for more.

Friendly service and atmosphere. Menu has simple but delicious food. I usually get the pot roast. They were wonderful at accommodating a large group of us this Sunday for lunch.
