Gamestop

I’m pretty upset with my experience here. My boyfriend and I stopped in not too long ago, we were about to buy a brand new ps4 a few games and an extra controller. BUT, while in the store one of the people who works there walked up, looked directly at me, then walked around a display and went straight to my boyfriend and asked «anything you looking for today man?» I was completely ignored! I may be female, but I’m the one who’s the gamer, not my boyfriend. Now I’m going to Walmart to get my stuff instead.

I don’t enjoy going to this location at all and to put it nicely I’ve had plenty of issues with them.

Game advisor at the register was very helpful and friendly. Just dropped $ 400 they better be. Anyway store is nice, clean, and had a/​c lol. I liked that all the game advisors there spoke some sort of Spanish since Hispanics are their top customers in this store.

The staff here is horrible! They finally changed them and one guy that usually works in GameStop from alameda and Florence went there. He was awesome, always friendly and knows his games. Everyone else there is horrible and last time they didn’t want to give me back my money for canceling my reservation unless I returned an item I had received free! I don’t usually cancel games I reserve and they had to check my purchase history before they gave me back the money! Wtf?!? Fuck that GameStop! Unfortunately the dude that got moved there left already and it’s still has sa shitty staff there

This is my least fav. Gamestop. Although it’s a nice location for this community. Don’t get fooled. The people here are very dull. And they seem like whatevers. I’ve been going here for years if my regular gamestop doesn’t have what I’m looking for. I try out here. But the staff is always eh… and i feel uncomfortable.
Anyways only 1 guy has ever been helpful.

I’m so glad they put this Gamestop here! They always seem to hire (shitty) staff at all Gamestops (I think that’s there motto) but not this one! Yet have super friendly service and there always around fixing games and cleaning up! Thanks for finally putting some decent people to work at your company!!!

You want great service and great knowledge on games? This is the perfect place to end up at.
I came here today and was blown away by how the workers greeted me. Many times when I walk into gamestops they dont even acknowledge I’m even in the store and I never get service when I’m looking for something. However this little Gamestop has fufilled my needs in more ways imagined. It seemed to be REALLY neat and clean, considering I went during after school hours, where kids roamed.
I need to also mention the guy who helped me! Woah was he a sight for sore eyes! His kindness and humor won me over (his curly hair and Onitsuka shoes too!) ;D
As I ended my purchases I went in for the kill and got flirty, but was turned down when he told he had a girlfriend (bummer!) Well of course he would!
Anyways… I found what I was looking for and was on my way. The great service and organized items are surely the best at this Gamestop.
