This man Freddie Seaboch, is so unprofessional. I hired him for an interior paint job. We had hashed out a price and we had established what was going to be painted and what wasn’t. Well the day of he calls to basically cancel, saying that his crew is behind on jobs. Then he sends his«painter manager» over to my house who came in with what looked with her daughter. I was expecting a crew or some sort to start setting up the house to paint. Then she tells me what she was told was going to be painted which did not include everything we had established. He basically was only going to do about half the job for the same price of $ 3000. I fired them right on the spot. Do not do business with this man or his company. He doesn’t know how to run a business.

Paid this company almost $ 10,000 to build a deck, add fencing and remove wallpaper and paint 2 bathrooms along with lay tile floor in the bathrooms. The deck was not built properly, the deck stairs are too steep and they are crooked. I have to pay about $ 1,000 to have the stairs rebuilt and the deck secured to make it safe. The bathroom tiles are not evenly spaced, are not level with one another and the grout work is horrible, one tile has popped off. The toilet tank leaks since they put it back in. I could go on but it’ll just make me madder. Freddie Seaboch has stopped responding and is no longer on «thumbtack» where I originally found his company, All things Handy. AKA All things SHADY!

Hired them to do a few projects. Some were done well and promptly. Others were not done well and not finished and they’ve collected payment and ceased returning calls. Freddie(owner) does good work. His assistant, Bob, is incompetent. Freddie stood behind Bob’s work up to a point but ceased returning calls when he realized just how badly Bob had fouled the job. Bottom line — I paid for work that Bob claimed was done but wasn’t finished or was done so poorly that it had to be redone.

In response to Kaye S, there are two sides to every story and I will be as thorough as possible and not leave certain details out as you have done — either as ignorance because I never dealt or spoke to you, and/or you’re covering up Freddie’s(owner of «All Things Handy») misdoings(most likely a combination of both). Also, everyone is entitled to their opinion, but if wanting a job to be completed properly is unprofessional then you are in the wrong business. Thank you for stating that«you» felt I was trying to wait out Freddie(owner of «All Things Handy») when I went to pick up my daughter and took about one hour and a half. I will gladly explain to the public the details about that as well because Freddie(owner of «All Things Handy») failed to mention that although I was late in my return, I maintained contact and kept Freddie posted on my situation at the timelines that I mentioned. Hey, things happen and all we can do is react to them accordingly. Check Freddie’s phone records for 1 June 2015 because the phone calls are all there to substantiate my timelines. That’s funny you said I would have been taken care if I would have acted in a more professional manner. I do not know what else I could have done to be more professional. It was Freddie(owner of «All Things Handy») that disrespected me by cussing at me over the phone and via text messages. All the meanwhile I have yet to respond in the same manner. It was Freddie that tried to leave the job site after six hours saying that the job was complete, and I had to point out all of the sections that were left unpainted. And yet the job remains uncompleted. He’s lazy and he does not know how to do a paint job — that’s the truth in the matter. That’s why he is angry because I addressed the shortcomings of the job and he did not want to address them properly. I was more than willing to discuss a solution, however, he began cussing at me and completely wrote me off so he would not have to address his shortcomings.
