Be very very careful parents before you order a detector dog from this place. The process of living and handling a detector dog is not explained throughly ever. From the time you first contact them they never tell you the full extent of how the animal will work (or not work) and how it may or may not benefit you as a parent just trying to protect your child. I purchased a very very expensive rescue dog that they «trained» into a service animal. The dog detects when no allergens are present just to get its toy. Also, training was a total joke. After spending a good amount on hotel and plane travel to stay 14 days in Austin training was unorganized and very last minute on every leve. Also, upon arriving home with our dog she was not house trained and barks at all hours day and night. When I tried to return the dog (per my contract) they said they would take the dog back but not refund any of the monies i paid. The nicest couple we met up there also had to return their dog because it snapped at their son. They have yet to receive a refund for their animal either.
