Horrible customer service/horrible return policies point blank you have to have a receipt or the telephone number of the person that purchased your gift or you get NOTHING. After pleading with the manager, they did allow me to show my license and gave me the«lowest price the item was EVER sold for in the store!» Nice.(like $ 12 for a $ 30 mower) I did write corporate and express my concerns regarding this and their response was«that’s our policy.» Wow! Big corporations trying to dominate the little man just like big banking! Well, I’ve been a loyal shopper for years and not anymore! I can purchase toys from any store and be assured that me and my family will be treated with the utmost respect and receive the amount paid in store credit! Don’t be screwed America! Have you had enough of the big corps TAKING your money?
