I’m going to be very transparent here. The only reason that I even walked over to get food from here was because I was getting serviced at the nail salon and had worked up an appetite after the waiting a sitting. The only other reason that I had chosen this spot and not any of the surrounding food spots was because other people in the salon were giving it such high praises. I am sorry, but that food is gross. It doesn’t taste good. The only thing that was edible out of what I had ordered was the spring roll and that wasn’t even all that good. I ordered the pineapple chicken or something or another with lomein. It was greasy, not seasoned well, the noodles were overcooked, the chicken was dry… Just all bad. The two stars is for the young lady who greeted me(her name starts with an S) when I walked through the door and was very nice through my time of indecisiveness as I looked through the menu and tried to make a decision. I see that they have some comments that are really good. Maybe I caught them on an off day, I don’t know. But, what I do know is that I did not like the food. Probably would not return.

Don’t listen to others negative review. If you want delicious food that has a big portion, then you’ll love Panda Express. Excellent for those days that you don’t want to cook dinner!!! I highly recommend let your taste buds be the judge! Try it out! You won’t regret it!!!

The wife and I went in at 3 pm. There were about eight diners in the restaurant. We wanted the two entrees and a side. There was plenty of fried rice but no noodles, which is what I wanted. I asked if they were cooking more and the young lady said yes in just a few minutes. I walked around to the entrée bar and there was literally only one other selection and that was a «pan-scrapping» portion of orange chicken. We walked out and down three doors to the Jimmy Johns for a sandwich.

My second to last visit, I walked out. This time I almost did it again. Why? Super slow service. Its not the employees fault, its that these folks are always short staffed. You have a cashier serving and ringing up. Dear franchise owner. Stop being stingy. You need more employees.

As others have mentioned, the lines are way too long here even when I came to eat close to 3 p.m., which isn’t really considered the lunch hour anymore. The cashier looked like a deer in the headlights, poor thing. I didn’t see anyone cleaning up the tables after people would eat, so that was a bit of a turnoff. They need to hire more personnel to take orders, as well as clean tables after each customer finishes eating. Other than that, it’s your standard Panda Express location.

Food is really good here though they will make you wait a while. Dinning room is not well kept.

If you see smiling, happy Asians walking out of a fast food Chinese establishment(I have seen this twice at this Panda location), you would think it’s good right?! Absolutely! Panda Express is a great fast food alternative to the typical greasy burger. The Panda attendants at this location are really friendly, always smiling and offering samples of newer seasonal items. My Panda faves are: Beijing beef(my ultimate fave), orange chicken, sweet fire chicken, and honey seasame chicken. I usually get the friend rice which is just okay — I have def. had a fried rice a million times better! Chicken egg roll, pot stickers and spring rolls are okay — again, nothing out of this world. Can’t go wrong with the cream cheese rangoons with sweet and sour sauce — I order them every time! Don’t come to Panda Express expecting an original Chinese cuisine! Remember its fast food(implied in the word ‘Express” in the restaurant title)… portions are large, price is cheap and entrees are tasty! Tips: –Ask for additional sweet and sour containers to spicen up the taste of the fried rice. –You can order online –Take out is best option for this location

Panda Express is OK but their rice is good even though it’s not as good as the CHINESE place by my house. Their Dumplings are OK and Chicken Wings are good and staff is friendly I hope it will be properly clean next time

First time at Panda Express. It’s not as good as my favorite Asian restaurant but it’s good. Remember, this is a fast food place, similar to your standard mall food court. Large portions and worth the money.

Blech! Should have had anything else. I get that this is a chain fast food place but the missed the mark today. I had deep fried breading. It was supposed to have chicken in it but no just chunks of breading in a salt and sugar sauce. Blech!

This place is okay. My boyfriends brother goes here all the time, but I only like the crab Rangoon really. It is a American Chinese food place, so I wasn’t expecting much. But the fried rice is really gross. I toke one bite and didn’t like it at all. Will never get that again. It is cheap. The egg rolls are also okay. The service is good and fast, but however some people were helped before us when they came after us. I wouldn’t go here again though, I would rather spend the extranet and get some real Chinese food.

I am pretty shocked by the negative reviews. It’s Panda Express, It’s a fast food restaurant same as Taco Bell… Mcdonalds…BK…no difference here. Just because it doesn’t have a drive through doesn’t make it any better. I came here expecting exactly what I got, Chinese FASTFOOD. The service was the same as you’d get at any fast food restaurant, pretty good actually since they ran out of something and prepared it for us.

I’m kicking myself in the butt for not going across the street and eating at Sonny’s BBQ. Service: Horrible, one young lady working the counter, and not all the food they had on the menu was able to even be ordered. Food Quality: The few selections that were available were dried out from sitting underneath a heat lamp the entire time. Just plain horrible. Value: Far from being worth it! I was not impressed at all.

Yup — I’m a fan too! When they moved from NE8th I was heart broken but then they opened on US1 and I was happy again. The staff is always friendly, and Joelexys is right, if they’re out of something they will make it for you. They are a great place to eat when you want a clean Chinese restaurant to eat at!

Probably the worst thing you can do, when searching for Chinese food, is to go to a fast-food chain restaurant. It kind of works for places like Manchu-Wok, but it goes quickly downhill from there. Panda Express is one of the Arby’s of Chinese cuisine. I’m sorry, cuisine implies that the food is in fact edible. I assure you, the food from Panda Express(any location) is not. For starters, they tend to have a placard for a dish that is not available. In my experience, about the only things available are the rice or the fortune cookies(which are sold in bags like potato chips). Beyond that, you’ll have to wait while they pretend to cook your order. One of my main dishes when I eat Chinese is Beef and Broccoli. The Panda Express excels at making this dish a flavorless concoction of something beyond further description. The«Beijing Beef» is a sticky, salty mess. The«Orange Chicken» will leave you wondering where the orange flavor is, let alone the chicken. And there has only been one other place, in the entire world that I have visited, that can screw up fried rice(that’s Makoto’s in Melbourne). Fried rice isn’t that hard to make, but the Panda Express rice is not only lacking flavor, but it’s undercooked or been sitting around drying out for three or four days. I won’t comment on service — it’s what should be expected with fast-food. — beyond this: the«cook» gave me the dirtiest look when I ordered the beef with broccoli. Afterall, it was on the«menu»(via placard over an empty pan), just not available without cooking. He continued to give me this dirty look the entire time I waited(turning around to do so) to when I paid. I wouldn’t have been surprised if he ran out to copy down my tag numbers so he could call the DMV and get an address for the assassin.
