First went to this Men’s Wearhouse a year ago when they had a buy one get one free sale and thought I’d save some bucks. The customer service was fine but they kept steering me to suits that I thought looked way too baggy. They assured me they could tailor them to my liking. What they didn’t say was that every mark their tailor made with her chalk would cost me $ 10. I ended up spending well over $ 200 dollars in alterations which meant my «deal» was not quite so good of a deal. Plus I was not entirely satisfied with the end product. I tried them once again last December(they are conveniently close to where I live), this time to rent a tux for my wedding. Similar experience, the tux was extremely baggy, and I was not satisfied with the end product, but due to poor planning on my part, time contstraints meant I took it anyway. Not sure if they just like the«baggy pants» look at that store or what. For tuxes my recommendation is to go to Stallones, they are a bit more expensive but I loved the tux I rented from them in May of this year. Chuck S.

I recently went to the Florissant store to pick out a suit for my son. We found a very nice well priced suit that he really liked. We had great customer service even though the store was busy. We personally had a great experience and enjoyed the selection. We heading back today to pick everything up after the alterations have been made.

I’ve been going to Men’s Wearhouse for different things, for the better part of 8 years. I’ve never experienced service this bad at any business, let alone one that’s customer service/commission based. I was here on a Sunday, just looking for a green necktie… nothing major. Two salesmen at the counter, one female at a desk towards the fitting room… not one of them made the effort to speak when I came in. I spoke to the counter men, one didn’t respond, the other had the longest pause in creation before he spoke back. Awkward pause aside, no one asked if I needed help finding anything, what I needed, or if I’d been there before… not when I initially came in, not after I was looking through the ties for 5 – 10 mins… not on my way out of the store. Just all around poor experience, and night & day from my experiences at the Brentwood location.
